MATTRESS ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A mattress assembly includes a chassis having top and bottom walls and first and second sidewalls that each extend from the top wall to the bottom wall. Inner surfaces of the walls and the sidewalls define an interior cavity. The top and bottom walls each include a first section that is connected to the first sidewall and a second section that is connected to the second sidewall such that the first sections are pivotable relative to the first sidewall and the second sections are pivotable relative to the second sidewall. The first section of the top wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the top wall and the first section of the bottom wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the bottom wall. A spring assembly is configured to be positioned within the interior cavity.

COMPRESSIBLE MATTRESS
Compressible mattress assemblies for bed in a box applications consist of a first polymeric foam layer and a second polymeric foam layer, wherein the first polymeric foam layer has a thickness less than the second polymeric foam layer and has a property and/or a foam material that is different from the second polymeric foam layer. In other embodiments, the compressible mattress assemblies consist of a pocketed microcoil array intermediate the first and second polymeric foam layers.

Pocketed Spring Assembly Having Dimensionally Stabilizing Substrate
A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. A dimensionally stabilizing substrate is secured to at least some of the strings on one of the top and bottom surfaces of the strings. A scrim sheet is secured to at least some of the strings on an opposed surface of the strings to maintain the positions of the strings. The dimensionally stabilizing substrate is laterally rigid enough to maintain length and width dimensions of the coil spring assembly. However, the dimensionally stabilizing substrate is flexible enough to allow the pocketed spring assembly to be roll packed for shipping.
COMPOSITE MATTRESSES WITH AIR CHAMBERS
A composite mattress includes a pressurizable layer and a top layer. A coiled spring layer may also be included in the composite mattress. The composite mattress may also include a base layer and/or an intermediate layer. A foundation, or rail, may laterally surround the pressurizable layer and the top layer. The composite mattress may include a cover, including a base panel, a periphery, and a top panel. The cover may encase the other components of the composite mattress. The composite mattress may include a separable top and bottom; these elements may be modular, enabling individuals or couples customize a mattress by selecting one or more tops from a plurality of available for use with one or more bases from a plurality of available bases.

CIRCULAR FOAM FOR CUSHIONS AND MATRASSES, CUSHION AND MATRASS PROVIDED THEREWITH, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH FOAM
A circular foam for cushions and mattresses, cushions and mattresses provided therewith, and method for manufacturing such foam. The circular foam for cushions and mattresses includes a circular polymer and a nucleating agent, where the circular polymer is a polyester and/or an aromatic polymer, the circular foam includes an open cell structure, and a fatigue of at most 15% as determined according to ISO 1856:2018.
MATTRESS ASSEMBLY INCLUDING COIL INNERSPRING UNITS, COIL INNERSPRING UNITS, AND PROCESSES FOR MAKING THE SAME
Mattress assemblies including coil innerspring units, coil innerspring units by themselves, and processes for making the coil innerspring units, wherein the coils within the coil innerspring unit are manufactured with the same geometry, same composition, and from the same gauge wire using different heat treatments to provide the coil innerspring unit with different spring rates.
METHOD OF FORMING AN ORTHOPEDIC MATTRESS AND ORTHOPEDIC MATTRESS
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an orthopedic mattress and to an orthopedic mattress. In the method, strategic measuring points of a future user of the mattress are determined. The springing is determined according to the build of the person using the mattress on the basis of a method in which the build dimensions of the mattress user are determined at strategic points.
