PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING OF FREE FORM INFLATABLE BODIES
Process for manufacturing inflatable bodies capable of assuming a desired complexly curved shape comprising two, around their circumference hermetically bonded opposing membranes (3, 4), which are internally linked by a plurality of link tapes (1), which tapes are bonded at an exact length and inclination angle at an exactly determined position. By numerical instructions, a continuous tape is fed and bonded alternately on the insides of the membranes by means of a roboticized tape positioning head, creating bond lines (2) between the tape and a membrane. Any fold occurring through local inclination, or planar angle variation of the tape relative to a membrane is kept between two bond lines on a membrane (3,4). A roboticized tape positioning and bonding head inside, and a bond activation head outside of a membrane can position relative to a membrane (3,4) by means of printed positioning marks, optical and proximity sensors to create the bond lines (2).
Inflatable object and valve therefor
In an aspect, an inflatable object includes an object body enclosing a chamber to receive air, and a valve mounted to the inflatable object body, including a valve body defining a passageway between the chamber and an ambient environment. The valve body has a shoulder. The valve body defines an outside end, which opens to the ambient environment, and an inside end, which opens into the chamber. The valve includes a one-way flap that is movable between an open position to permit fluid communication between the chamber and the ambient environment through the passageway, and a closed position. The one-way flap is biased to the closed position with a closing force selected to be overcomable to move the one-way flap to the open position by an airflow having a speed that is less than about 48 m/s, and which is at a pressure lower than 1 atmosphere.
The embedded storage space structure of air mattress having a three-dimensional fabric
The present invention relates to an embedded accommodation space structure of an air mattress made of three-dimensional woven fabrics, the structure providing, when an air mattress that has an airtightness-exhibiting coating layer, which is formed on the outer surface of three-dimensional woven fabric woven from a plurality of pieces of pile yarn connecting the space between woven surfaces facing each other at both sides thereof, so as to be inflated by means of air pressure is manufactured, an independent space in which electric components such as a speaker for generating sound and vibration and an air pump for filling the mattress with air can be provided in a concealed state, so that the exposure of the electric components is blocked while maintaining sound transmission characteristics through the pile yarn, and thus convenience of use and exterior attractiveness can be increased. The structure for providing the independent space while maintaining the vibration characteristics of the pile yarn, inside a normal air mattress in which the three-dimensional woven fabrics are used as a base, is characterized in that a barrel-shaped box, of which the upper part is blocked by a flange formed on the outer peripheral surface of an opening so that the electric components such as the speaker for transmitting sound and the air pump for injecting air are selectively accommodated therein through the opening provided at the bottom surface thereof, and a cylinder-shaped isolated part, of which the side is opened in a state in which the plurality of pieces of pile yarn is woven above the box so as to be vertically connected between upper and lower woven surfaces and coating films are respectively formed on the outer sides of the upper and lower woven surfaces, are integrally joined therein.
HYBRID MATTRESS
A mattress has a mattress top, a mattress bottom, and a mattress perimeter. The mattress included the following features. An air chamber has an air chamber perimeter. A coiled spring perimeter includes a first set of coiled springs surrounding the air chamber perimeter. A topper portion has a support layer between the air chamber and the mattress top.
MULTI-PURPOSE AIR BED HAVING COMBINED USE FOR TENT
A multi-purpose air bed having combined use for a tent is proposed. More particularly, the multi-purpose air bed employs a simple configuration which enables installation thereof to be completed by injecting air thereinto, is small in volume and light which makes it easy to install and move, and is also available to support an air mattress firmly. The multi-purpose air bed includes a pair of support members formed of dual wall fabric and installed vertically, and an air mattress formed of dual wall fabric and installed between the support members to connect the support members.
Combination Backpack and Inflatable Mattress
The present invention is an improved recreational carrier combination such as a backpack and inflatable mattress that may be used on camping, hiking, or other recreational trips. The backpack and inflatable mattress includes one or more internal compartments for storing clothing, food, and other items. In addition, the backpack has a portable inflatable air mattress and air compressor or pump for filling the portable air mattress. The backpack further includes a rechargeable battery that may be externally charged, or alternatively, it can be charged by built-in solar panels. The backpack and inflatable mattress combination includes a set of shoulder straps for carrying the device, as well as, a handle and wheels for rolling the device. Finally, the device includes a protective cover that covers the inflatable bed when it is inflated and ready for use.
Inflatable air mattress system architecture
A method may comprise receiving, at a central controller, a command, from a remote control, to adjust a feature of a first component of an air mattress framework; relaying, from the central controller, the command to the first component; receiving from the first component at the central controller, an indication of the success of the command; and relaying the indication from the central controller to the remote control.
INFLATABLE BED
The present utility model relates to an inflatable bed, comprising: a top sheet provided with at least one through hole; a bottom sheet; a lateral confining sheet, an upper edge of the lateral confining sheet being connected to an outer edge of the top sheet, and a lower edge of the lateral confining sheet being connected to an outer edge of the bottom sheet; and at least one tensioning member, the tensioning member comprising: a upper tensioning part, comprising a upper side wall and a bottom, an upper edge of the upper side wall being connected to a periphery of the through hole of the top sheet, so that the upper side wall fits the through hole of the top sheet, and a lower edge of the upper side wall being connected to the bottom; and a lower tensioning part for connecting the bottom of the upper tensioning part to the bottom sheet to form a tensioning effect at least between the bottom of the upper tensioning part and the bottom sheet; wherein the upper tensioning part of the tensioning member, the top sheet, the bottom sheet, and the lateral confining sheet are enclosed to form an inflatable chamber, and after the inflatable chamber is inflated, a recess is formed on a surface of the inflatable bed. The inflatable bed according to the present utility model has better breathability and higher aesthetic degree, and is easy to produce.
Pneumatic Pocket and Application Thereof
A pneumatic pocket, manufactured by blow molding, has a top portion, a bottom portion, a pocket body connected between the top portion and the bottom portion, defining an air chamber therein, and a through hole communicating the air chamber and the outside. The pocket body has a responding portion and an assembly portion formed in the pocket body in a staggered manner. The responding portion allows the top portion to be deformed and telescoped towards the bottom portion for bearing an external force and driving the through hole to intake or discharge air in response. The assembly portion is configured to allow another pneumatic pocket to be positioned and assembled without interfering the deforming and telescoping of the responding portions thereof, so that the pneumatic pocket can be extended and expanded according to the size of a cushion body side by side, so that the pneumatic pockets can be arranged in the cushion body parallelly side-by-side.
