Automated method and system for producing an inflatable product
An automated system and method are disclosed for producing an inflatable product having a first sheet, a second sheet, and a plurality of tensioning structures between the first and second sheets. The system includes an upstream tensioning structure production subsystem that produces the tensioning structures and a downstream preassembly production subsystem that couples the tensioning structures to the first and second sheets. The subsystems may operate simultaneously to produce the inflatable product in an automated, efficient, and repeatable manner.
INFLATABLE BED
An inflatable bed includes an upper body, a lower body, and a closed chamber space formed between the upper body and the lower body. The inflatable bed includes a plurality of connecting members therein. The connecting members are spaced a determined distance apart from each other and arranged longitudinally and transversely inside the inflatable bed for connecting the upper body with the lower body. Each of the connecting members is a thin ring-like structure. When the inflatable bed is inflated, the connecting members arranged in the longitudinal and transverse directions provide a bubble-like effect, thereby enhancing the comfort for the user to lie thereon. Further, the inflatable bed is light and small in size after collapsed, which is advantageous for camping and mountaineering.
Apparatus and method for positioning a seated patient
An apparatus is configured for use with a chair having a supporting surface, and includes a cushioning member adapted to be placed above the supporting surface, a bottom sheet connected to the cushioning member and having an engagement surface opposite the cushioning member, a top sheet having a bottom surface positioned in confronting relation to the engagement surface and a top surface opposite the bottom surface, and a selective gliding assembly positioned between the top and bottom sheets. The top sheet has at least one end connected to the bottom sheet, and the top sheet further has a slip resistant material positioned on the top surface. The selective gliding assembly includes engagement members positioned on the engagement surface and on the bottom surface of the top sheet, and the engagement members engage each other to resist forward sliding of the top sheet and to permit rearward sliding of the top sheet.
Internal tensioning structure useable with inflatable devices
An internal tensioning structure for use in an inflatable product fulfills the basic function of maintaining two adjacent inflatable surfaces in a desired geometric arrangement when the inflatable product is pressurized. The tensioning structure is formed by connecting a pair of plastic strips sheets via spaced-apart strands, such as strings or wires. When pulled taut, the strands provide a high tensile strength between the two opposed plastic strips. At the same time, the plastic strips facilitate a strong, long-lasting weld between the tensioning structure and the inflatable product.

Inflatable Bed
The present disclosure provides an inflatable bed, which relates to the technical field of inflatable beds. The inflatable bed includes an inflatable bed main body, wherein an air-filled chamber is arranged in the inflatable bed main body; a sponge layer is filled in the first air-filled chamber; a plurality of pulling ribs are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the inflatable bed main body in the second air-filled chamber. The air-filled chamber of the inflatable bed main body of the inflatable bed provided by the present disclosure is divided into a first air-filled chamber and a second air-filled chamber. The sponge layer is filled in the first air-filled chamber, and the pulling ribs are arranged in the second air-filled chamber.
RIB AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF AND INFLATABLE PRODUCT
A rib, a manufacturing process thereof, and an inflatable product, which relate to the technical field of inflatable products, including a main-body rib and an auxiliary rib; the main-body rib and the auxiliary rib are integrally formed through weaving woven threads, an included angle is formed between the auxiliary rib and the main-body rib, two ends of the main-body rib are configured to be welding-connected with a cover cloth and a base cloth of the inflatable product, respectively, one end of the auxiliary rib extending out of the main-body rib is configured to connect with the side wall.
Inflatable bed with air permeability
An inflatable bed with air permeability includes a bed body including a top panel, an enclosing wall and a bottom panel, a top cover, a first pull strap, and a second pull strap which are both endless. A top side of the first pull strap is connected to an inner wall of the top panel, and a bottom side of the first pull strap is connected to an inner side wall of the enclosing wall. A bottom side of the second pull strap is connected to an inner wall of the bottom panel, and a top side of the second pull strap is connected to the inner side wall of the enclosing wall. The first net-shaped pull strap includes two first air permeable sections parallel to each other, two second net-shaped air permeable sections parallel to each other and four connection sections distributed in a rectangular array.
WELDING PROCESS AND PRODUCT FOR INFLATABLE PRODUCT
A welding process of an inflatable product is provided that includes using isolating members between first and second portions of weldable tensioning members to resist the first and second portions of the weldable tensioning structures being welded together during welding of the first portions to a first sheet of weldable material and welding of the second portions to a second sheet of weldable material.
Under mattress support
An under mattress support extends the longevity of an existing mattress that may include concave areas resulting in sagging or soft areas, including a plurality of parallel oriented spaced-apart resilient elongated slat members interconnected by pliable strips to form a parallel slat array. The pliable strip spacing of the parallel resilient slats allows for lateral compression to enhance support. In use, the under mattress support is interposed between a mattress and underlying box spring such that the elongated slats extend along their longitudinal direction from a portion of one side of the mattress to the opposite side of the mattress where the concave portion of a sagging or soft mattress appears during the normal course of use.
