Inflatable bed
An inflatable bed having a main air chamber, a first pull strap group, and a second pull strap group. The main chamber includes an annular air chamber having a first annular air chamber and a second annular air chamber, which are in communication with each other. The first annular air chamber and the second annular air chamber are provided at two opposite sides of the main air chamber. The first pull strap group is connected to both an inner wall of the main air chamber and an outer wall of the first annular air chamber, and the second pull strap group is connected to both the inner wall of the main air chamber and an outer wall of the second annular air chamber. The pull strap group connections provide a pulling structure that is formed between the adjacent air chambers.
INFLATABLE SUPPORT ARTICLE
An inflatable support article containing a multi-layer woven fabric and an air impermeable layer covering the majority of the multi-layer woven fabric. The multi-layer woven fabric has a first and second side and a middle region. At least a portion of the multi-layer woven fabric is woven as four woven layers, layers A, B, C, and D. Each of the woven layers A-D within the multi-layer woven fabric contain a repeating pattern of a first section where the woven layer forms the first side of the multi-layer woven fabric, a second section where the woven layer travels through the multi-layer woven fabric in the middle region of the multi-layer woven fabric, and a third section wherein the woven layer forms the second side of the multi-layer woven fabric. The woven layers A, B, C, and D cross-through each other within the multi-layer woven fabric.
Anti-collapse inflatable air mattress
An anti-collapse inflatable air mattress includes an inflatable air mattress body. The inflatable air mattress body includes a top sheet, a side sheet and a bottom sheet. The top sheet, side sheet and bottom sheet define an inflatable cavity. The anti-collapse inflatable air mattress includes at least one elastic support device in the inflatable cavity, an end of the at least one elastic support device is connected to the top sheet, and another end of the at least one elastic support device is connected to the bottom sheet. The at least one elastic support device are two elastic support devices juxtaposed with each other, and each elastic support device includes a spring wire or a spring column. The anti-collapse inflatable air mattress has advantages of reasonable structure, strong practicability, convenient use and safety, and the anti-collapse inflatable air mattress can prevent collapse and prolong the service life.
Wiredrawing inflatable mattress and manufacturing method thereof
The present application provides a wiredrawing inflatable mattress and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: first fixedly connecting a cut first face layer and second face layer to a reinforcing strap and trimming and forming the same, then welding the first face layer and the second face layer to two sides of a wiredrawing body respectively and trimming the same, then respectively clamping two end portions of a side wall installed with an air nozzle and an air pump between the first face layer and the reinforcing strap and between the second face layer and the reinforcing strip, performing welding and connecting successively from top to bottom, and finally, trimming the remaining edges and checking the air tightness so as to ensure the stability in use.
Inflatable product
An inflatable product includes an inflatable chamber and an elongated element. The inflatable chamber includes fusion portions. The elongated element is flexible, is disposed in the inflatable chamber, includes enlarged portions, and is connected to the inflatable chamber with the enlarged portions constrained by the fusion portions. The elongated element is in tension for controlling expansion of the inflatable chamber to a desired shape when the inflatable chamber is inflated to expand. The enlarged portions are constrained by the fusion portions to avoid separation of the elongated element from the inflatable chamber when the inflatable chamber is inflated to expand.
AUTOMATED METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING AN INFLATABLE PRODUCT
An automated system and method are disclosed for producing an inflatable product having a first sheet, a second sheet, and a plurality of tensioning structures between the first and second sheets. The system includes an upstream tensioning structure production subsystem that produces the tensioning structures and a downstream preassembly production subsystem that couples the tensioning structures to the first and second sheets. The subsystems may operate simultaneously to produce the inflatable product in an automated, efficient, and repeatable manner.
Inflatable mattress
The present application relates to a technical field of inflatable mattress, and in particular, to an inflatable mattress. The inflatable mattress includes an outer surrounding sheet, an upper surrounding sheet, a lower surrounding sheet and a pull rope, in which the outer surrounding sheet is annular, a side wall of the outer surrounding sheet is provided with an inflating nozzle, the upper surrounding sheet is welded on the top of the outer surrounding sheet, the lower surrounding sheet is welded on the bottom of the outer surrounding sheet, the pull rope is passed through and connected to the upper surrounding sheet and the lower surrounding sheet, which is arranged in a wave-like route inside the inflatable mattress.
