Air bed having an improved built-in air pump
Disclosed herein is a valve assembly disposed on a top surface of an air mattress and connected to a built-in air pump. The built-in air pump can comprise: a tube-like construction defining an inner cavity between the top surface and the bottom surface; a compression spring located within the inner cavity and attached to the top surface and the bottom surface; a bellow connected to a side surface of the tube-like construction, the bellow providing an air pathway from the inner cavity to the interior volume of the air mattress; a top end cap attached to a top portion of the compression spring and abutting the top surface; and a bottom end cap attached to a bottom portion of the compression spring and abutting the bottom surface.
Structure of inflatable cushion
An improved structure of an inflatable cushion includes: a top layer constituting a surface of the inflatable cushion, a bottom layer constituting an undersurface of the inflatable cushion, and a side layer constituting a circumference of the inflatable cushion such that the inflatable cushion defines an interior space. Longitudinal stretch bands and lateral stretch bands are arranged in the interior space in such a way that portions of the longitudinal stretch bands are jointed to the top layer to form first connection sections and portions of the lateral stretch bands are jointed to the bottom layer to form second connection sections. The lateral stretch bands and the longitudinal stretch bands intersect each other and the first connection sections and the second connection sections oppose each other in a vertical direction.
INFLATABLE BED
The inflatable bed includes a top wall, an outer peripheral sheet, a bottom wall and an inner peripheral sheet, the top and bottom walls are arranged oppositely and fixed to the outer peripheral sheet; the inner peripheral sheet is provided with a plurality of through holes arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the inner peripheral sheet; the inner peripheral sheet has a first annular edge and a second annular edge that are arranged oppositely, the first annular edge is fixed to the top wall, the second annular edge is fixed to the bottom wall, both areas enclosed by the first and second annular edges are smaller than the area enclosed by the outer peripheral sheet; the inner peripheral sheet is fixedly connected with the outer peripheral sheet to form an annular connecting portion, which is located between the first annular edge and the second annular edge.
Air cell device and air mattress system thereof
Provided are an air cell device and an air mattress system thereof. The air cell device includes an air cell which has therein an upper connection segment and a lower connection segment. The upper connection segment and the lower connection segment each have a curved portion whereby the air cell is partitioned to become a multilayered air cell so as to mitigate air cell bending or air cell inversion, thereby improving the lying human being's comfort.
Multi-layer sleeping pad
A multi-layer sleeping pad, which includes an outer air cushion, an inner air cushion and a first cushion pad. The outer air cushion is provided with a first cavity. The inner air cushion is arranged in the first cavity. The first cushion pad is arranged between an inner top of the outer air cushion and an outer top of the inner air cushion.
INTERNAL TENSIONING STRUCTURE USEABLE WITH INFLATABLE DEVICES
An internal tensioning structure for use in an inflatable product fulfills the basic function of maintaining two adjacent inflatable surfaces in a desired geometric arrangement when the inflatable product is pressurized. The tensioning structure is formed by connecting a pair of plastic sheets to spaced-apart strands, such as strings or wires. When pulled taut, the strands provide a high tensile strength. At the same time, the plastic sheets facilitate a strong, long-lasting weld between the tensioning structure and the inflatable product.
RECESSED AIR PUMP
A pump is disposed within an inflatable chamber of an inflatable bed. The pump is recessed within the inflatable chamber and is offset from a faceplate, which in turn is connected to a portion of the inflatable bed. This arrangement results in less strain applied onto a peripheral panel of the inflatable chamber thereby maintaining the structural integrity of the inflatable bed.
Inflatable Jacquard-Woven Textiles for Structural Applications
Embodiments of the invention comprise woven multilayer textiles having shaped, enclosed, inflatable pockets, where the inflated textile carries tension, compression, torsion and/or bending loads. Composite structures incorporating such inflatable members or spars are also described and claimed.
Systems and methods for internal airbed structure
An air mattress comprises an internal structure for helping the air mattress maintain a desired geometric shape when inflated and for preventing shearing of the top and bottom surfaces of the mattress. The internal structure comprises a plurality of connection strips or a mesh web that are attached to a plurality of top surface connection points and bottom surface connection points.
Inflatable pad and methods for using the same
The inflatable pad includes an inflatable frame having a length and width that defines a pad area suitable for supporting a person lying thereon. A plurality of internal support members are configured to support the weight of a person lying thereon and elevate the person above the ground. The inflatable pad includes non-supporting regions that require less fill volume than regions that support primary support regions such as the hips and shoulder.
