AIRBAG STRUCTURE, MATTRESS AND BED
An airbag structure includes a supporting component, and an airbag component. The airbag component includes a plurality of airbags and a first fixing strap, each of the plurality of airbag is provided with a second fixing strap, the second fixing strap is connected to the first fixing strap, and the first fixing strap is connected to the supporting component. This airbag structure solves a problem of poor stability and consistency of airbags.
Air mattress and production method of air mattress
An air mattress and a production method of an air mattress are provided. The air mattress includes a first sheet and a second sheet, where the first sheet includes a first surface sheet; a periphery of the first surface sheet is provided with multiple first side sheets; the multiple first side sheets are integrally formed with the first surface sheet; adjacent side edges of each two adjacent first side sheets are connected, such that the multiple first side sheets are sequentially connected to form a first enclosing sheet; and the second sheet is connected to an end of the first enclosing sheet away from the first surface sheet.
Internal tensioning structure useable with inflatable devices
An internal tensioning structure for use in an inflatable product fulfills the basic function of maintaining two adjacent inflatable surfaces in a desired geometric arrangement when the inflatable product is pressurized. The tensioning structure is formed by connecting a pair of plastic strips sheets via spaced-apart strands, such as strings or wires. When pulled taut, the strands provide a high tensile strength between the two opposed plastic strips. At the same time, the plastic strips facilitate a strong, long-lasting weld between the tensioning structure and the inflatable product.
Portable mat capable of blocking air convection and temperature radiation
A portable mat capable of blocking air convection and temperature radiation is disclosed. The portable mat is an inflatable mat, and includes a first outer covering layer and a second outer covering layer that are connected by a plurality of connecting members each in the form of a thin and light ring. Side pieces of the connecting members each have different widths according to high and low positions. A plurality of blocking layers of a blocking unit is fitted on the connecting members. The block layers have openings with different widths. The openings of the blocking layers are different in size corresponding to the different widths of the connecting member, so that the blocking layers are positioned at different heights to form a plurality of spaced space inside the mate, thereby blocking air convection and reducing temperature radiation.
INFLATABLE AIRBED MATTRESS INTERNAL SUPPORT SYSTEM
The disclosed technology includes an internal support structure for providing structural stability to an inflated airbed. The internal support structure may include an internal support wall connected to side panels by one or more side support beams. The internal support structure may further include corner support walls and a plurality of internal support beams to provide additional support.
Hybrid pad
This disclosure relates to a padded sleeping system that includes an inflatable frame formed by a first sheet of material that is joined to a second sheet of material along a periphery and at a number of bond lines in order to form an inflatable support member. The padded sleeping system may also include at least one valve that is fixed to the inflatable frame, the valve being in fluid connection with the inflatable support member for inflation and deflation of the inflatable frame. The system may also include a cushion portion, which may be fixed to the inflatable frame. The cushion portion may provide support and additional comfort for a user.
AIR MATTRESS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AIR MATTRESS
An air mattress includes: heat-fused lines formed by pressing and thermally fusing pocket system intake and exhaust ports, tube system intake and exhaust ports, and tube members arranged between a lower sheet and an upper sheet; a pocket system, which includes the pocket system intake and exhaust ports, air pockets, and connection parts between the air pockets bordering the tube members, and serves to support a user's weight; and a tube system, which includes the tube system intake and exhaust ports, the tube members, and communication parts between the tube members, and serves to block the airflow between the air pockets.
INTERNAL TENSION MEMBER OF INFLATABLE PRODUCT, MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREFOR, AND INFLATABLE PRODUCT
Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing an internal tension member of an inflatable product, the apparatus comprising: a support frame; a base plate arranged to pass through the inside of the support frame; a base strip conveying device comprising two inner base strip reels, two outer base strip reels and a traction wheel; a wire winding device comprising a rotation device around the base plate and wire winding guide shafts symmetrically arranged on two sides of the base plate, the rotation device winding a wire on two inner base strips; and a welding device between the wire winding device and the traction wheel, the welding device welding the two inner base strips to the corresponding two outer base strips. Further disclosed are a method for manufacturing an internal tension member of an inflatable product, an internal tension member of an inflatable product, and an inflatable product.
INFLATABLE BED
An inflatable pad includes a top sheet and a bottom sheet, connected to the top sheet to jointly define an inflatable chamber. The top and bottom sheets may each include an outer layer, an inner layer, and a heat insulation film disposed between the inner and outer layers. The top and bottom sheets may be welded together at a plurality of positions. A connecting sheet may be provided within the inflatable chamber and welded to the top and bottom sheets, respectively, at a plurality of first welding regions and a plurality of second welding regions, respectively. A heat insulation film may be disposed in the inflatable chamber between the top and bottom sheets, between the top sheet and the connecting sheet, and/or between the bottom sheet and the connecting sheet. A lateral confining sheet may be provided having top and bottom edges, respectively connected to the top and bottom sheets.
INFLATABLE AIR MATTRESS
An inflatable air mattress includes a plurality of air cells arranged side by side. Every air cell includes an envelope, an elastomer, and a plurality of restriction straps. The envelope is inflatable and the elastomer is located inside the envelope. Each restriction strap includes two connection sections connected to a locating zone on the envelope, and a covering section located between the two connection sections to cover a part of the locating zone, such that a communicating gap is formed between the covering section and the envelope and the locating zone is divided into a central restricted area and an outer expandable area. The outer expandable area and the central restricted area are different in deformability. With the restriction straps, it is able to prevent the locating zones on the envelope from being over-deformed when the envelope is inflated and to prevent the deformed envelope from having an irregular shape.
