The disclosed mechanical bed mattress and frame encasement cover includes a top cover, a base encasement cover which overlaps frame base and two middle adjustment perimeter bands there between and an inside cover. The 5 covers and bands are separated by 4 zippered seams. The encasement cover comprises a high durometer perimeter band which overlaps an outer and a lower edge of the bed base. A zipper is located on a lower inner edge of the bed frame pad. An inner zipper is disposed on all 4 sides on a top side of the bed frame base pad. A zipper direction to a foot of the cover and a zipper direction to a head of the cover allow bidirectional enclosure of the bed frame and mattress. The cover wrap direction and perimeter bands enable a secure cover of the bed frame and mattress for less movement during bed dynamics.

The suspension mesh back support has an integral retaining channel disposed at a peripheral edge thereof, and the back support frame includes a central pair of upright support posts and wedge base for mounting to a chair frame. The back support frame includes a plurality of flexible and spaced support arms extending laterally outward from the upright support posts. The support arms each have a peripheral edge configured for fastenerless attachment in a tensioned state within the suspension mesh retaining channel. An upholstery cover encapsulates the suspension mesh and back support frame. The office chair also includes a lumbar mechanism including a resilient cushion that may be positioned in the space between the suspension mesh and the support frame and adjusted along the vertical extent of the back support by rolling the resilient cushion on the rear of the suspension mesh.

Strap fasteners are used to secure the upholstery to the cushion carrier structure and cushion foam, creating the desired creating seams, creases, and indentations. Clip fasteners are used to secure the upholstery to the cushion carrier structure around the cushion foam, especially with respect to the seat back. This allows much of the upholstering to be done outside the vehicle, optionally in a modular manner. Finally, these modular features and functionalities allow the cushion carrier assemblies (bottom and back) to be quickly and easily secured to the underlying seat pan and/or seat frame using simple screws, hooks, and clip fasteners.

A locking strip may be inserted and force fit into the J-channel to lock the fabric edge and rod in the J-channel. The locking strip may include one or more lateral protrusions for mating with a ridge along an inner surface of the side rail.

Parts of the wire guide piece and the claw-shaped portion facing the wire insertion opening defines guide surfaces. The distal end portion of the wire guide piece and the distal end portion of the claw-shaped portion are provided to be spaced from each other along a direction parallel to an extending direction of the groove portion.
