Foldable child booster seat
A foldable child booster seat based on the origami and popup technique. The booster seat is light and easy to be folded flat into a compact form for storage and transport. The foldable booster seat, comprising: a plurality of rigid substrates, each rigid substrate is interconnected to another by one or more integrated hinges or flexible parts allowing the rigid substrate to fold either inward or outward when folding up; wherein when the foldable booster seat is folded flat, the rigid substrates are stacked together; and wherein when the foldable booster seat is folded up, the rigid substrates are arranged to form the shape of a chair or stool.
CHILD BOOSTER SEAT ASSEMBLY
A child booster seat assembly includes a base seat and an upper seat. A first seating area is formed on the base seat. The upper seat is detachably installed on the base seat. The upper seat can be installed on the base seat installed on an adult chair at a higher position or detached from the base seat and installed on the adult chair at a lower position, which allows a caregiver to adjust an elevated height of the upper seat easily. Furthermore, when the upper seat is detached from the base seat, the upper seat and the base seat can be used independently and respectively installed on two adult chairs for accommodating two children at once.
Apparatus and method for a booster seat anchor belt retractor system
An anchor belt retractor system can be provided with a booster seat. The booster seat can include a booster seat base and optionally a seat back. The booster seat base can include a cavity or housing within which the anchor belt retractor system is housed. The anchor belt retractor system can include at least one spool or drum about which webbing can be wound. The system can also include a first anchor webbing having a first end coupled to the spool and a second end coupled to an anchor latch. The system can also include a second anchor webbing having a first end coupled to the spool and a second end coupled to a second anchor latch. The spool or drum can be spring-biased to take up any slack in the first and second anchor webbings.
Collapsible multipurpose apparatus
A collapsible multiple purpose apparatus having a mounting framework defined by rear wall having a top edge, an opposing bottom edge, a first side edge and an opposing second side edge. The first and second side edges extend between the top edge and the bottom edge. The real wall has an inner surface and an outer surface. A first and second attachment member are located proximate the top edge and the first side edge and extend from the outer surface while being adapted to be secured over the back of a chair. A bottom support extends from the inner surface of the rear wall proximate the bottom edge and has a storage slot for receiving an item therein. A tray is pivotably securable to the bottom support for pivoting movement between a substantially perpendicular deployment relative to the inner surface of the mounting framework and a stored deployment adjacent to the inner surface. A first and second container stabilizer where each has a container stabilizer top edge, an opposing container stabilizer bottom edge, a container stabilizer first side edge and an opposing container stabilizer second side edge. The container stabilizer first and second side edges extend between the container stabilizer top edge and the container stabilizer bottom edge. The container stabilizer first side edge being pivotably securable to the first side edge of the rear wall for pivoting movement between a substantially side-by-side deployment relative to the first side edge of the rear wall and a stored deployment adjacent to the inner surface. A first and second container shelf being pivotably securable to the first and second container stabilizer bottom edge for pivoting movement between a substantially perpendicular deployment relative to the first and second container stabilizer and a stored deployment adjacent to the first and second container stabilizer. The first and second container shelves having a substantially circular container receiving opening.
Booster seats for children
A booster seat includes: a seat having an inner cavity; at least one winding drum, in the cavity, configured to rotate in a first direction in which the belt is unwound from the at least one winding drum and in a second direction in which the belt is wound up on the at least one winding drum; first elastic members, configured to operate on the at least one winding drum to counteract rotation of the at least one winding drum in the first direction; and lock members, configured to operate on the at least one winding drum and/or the belt, and configured to switch between a retaining position, in which the lock members inhibit rotation of the at least one winding drum and/or movement of the belt, and a release position, in which the lock members permit rotation of the at least one winding drum and/or movement of the belt.
NO TIP BOOSTER SEAT STRAP
A child safety device for preventing a child from tipping a booster seat backwards, incorporates a strap operatively configured to prevent a child from lifting his or her legs high enough to push off a table or counter; and a mounting element to affix the strap to a booster seat, wherein the strap is operatively positioned relative to the legs of the child to thereby prevent the child from lifting his or her legs. The device may also be formed as part of a child booster seat or a high chair.
CONVERTIBLE HIGH CHAIR
Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a convertible children's high chair. According to various embodiments, the convertible high chair generally includes a first child seat supported above a floor by a high chair frame, and a second child seat configured for being removably coupled to the first child seat. The second child seat is configured such that, when detached from the high chair's first child seat, it can be used as a booster seat. In certain embodiments, the second child seat includes a base surface configured to stably support the second child seat on a separate support surface.
Child seat
An improved child seat allows for easier cleaning and adaptation to suit children of various sizes and ages. The child seat can include features such as a removable seat pan that has upwardly curved edges to keep debris inside the seat pan and which allows for easy clean up. The seat pan can be removed to enlarge the chair for a growing child to fit inside the child seat. For additional flexibility, the child seat can incorporate a height adjustment mechanism to support the seat and match the stature of the child. This height adjustment mechanism can also be used to clamp the child seat to a tabletop.
