Seating apparatus and methods of using the same
In one aspect, seating apparatus are described herein. In some embodiments, a seating apparatus comprises a seating surface, two arms projecting upwardly from the seating surface, and a fastening strap. The fastening strap is operable to be adjusted between a tightened position and a loosened position. When the fastening strap is adjusted to the tightened position, it is operable to restrict motion of the seating surface relative to the chair.
MULTI-FUNCTION HIGH CHAIR
A multi-function high includes a first child seat and a second child seat. The first child seat includes a first seat portion. A first seating area is formed on the first seat portion. A second child seat includes a second seat portion and an infant insert. The second seat portion is detachably installed on the first seat portion. A second seating area is formed on the second seat portion and smaller than the first seating area. The infant insert is detachably installed on the second seat portion and made of soft and resilient material. A third seating area is formed on the infant insert and smaller than the second seating area. The multi-function high chair can accommodate children of a wide range of ages with the first seating area, the second seating area, or the third seating area selectively.
Adjustable Child Restraint Device
A child restraining device in the form of a folding or foldable chair includes a frame with a back. The back of the frame has parallel rods and a bottom foldably attached to the back by lockable hinges. The apparatus has upper and lower corrugated panels attached to the frame. There are a plurality of straps which fit removably through slots on the seat back and seat bottom. These straps are part of a harness that can be adjusted to the height/size of the child to be restrained.
CHILD BOOSTER SEAT CONVERTIBLE TO FLOOR CHAIR
A convertible booster seat for use positioned on a convention chair or for use as a free-standing chair that features a pair of folding legs rotatably connected to a booster seat base and configurable in generally opposing folded and deployed positions. Moving the legs between the folded and deployed simultaneously shifts the legs longitudinally in relation to the seat base to improve stability when the booster seat is being used as a free-standing chair and to enable the legs to be stowed completely beneath the seat base when folded.
HIGH CHAIR STRUCTURE
A high chair structure is disclosed. In the disclosed high chair, an upper tray board is elastically fixed on a tray assembly of a seat part thereof. In addition, two fixing-belt receiving grooves are disposed on two sides of the seat part, and two cover boards are disposed on the openings of the fixing-belt receiving grooves to cover thereon. Moreover, the high chair further comprises a desk part that can be separated from the seat part, so that the desk part can be used as a desk alone.
Child seat convertible to multiple configurations of use
A child seat includes a seat body, and a first and a second support respectively assembled with the seat body via a first and a second connection. The seat body has a seating surface and a bottom surface below the seating surface, and the first and second support are extendable below the bottom surface. The child seat has a first configuration in which the first support is configured as a leg resting board and the second support extends forward toward the first support, and a second configuration in which the first support is folded to a substantially horizontal position and the second support extends rearward so that the child seat is able to stand on the first and second supports.
Convertible highchair assembly having a removable tray
A convertible highchair assembly includes a seat frame, a booster seat detachably installable on the seat frame, a tray detachably mountable on the booster seat and having a plurality of sockets, and a plurality of leg extensions selectively attachable to any of the support frame portion and the tray, each of the leg extensions having a connecting end. The seat frame includes a support frame portion and a seat portion affixed with each other, the seat portion being adapted to receive a child. The connecting ends of the leg extensions are attached to the support frame portion for configuring a highchair, and the connecting ends of the leg extensions are respectively inserted into the sockets while the tray is removed from the booster seat for configuring a standalone table, the leg extensions providing standing support for the tray.
Booster seat for children
A booster seat for children, comprising a seating surface adapted for engagement with the seating surface of an adult chair, a backrest at least one pair of wings connected to the bottom side of the seating surface and designed to be angularly moved between a first position in which they are oriented parallel to the bottom side and a position in which they are lifted and oriented at an angle relative thereto, as well as a plurality of flexible elements for removable fixation of the booster seat. The seating surface of the booster seat comprises, on its rear side, at least one compartment formed below at least one of the wings, for which the wing forms a closing cover.
A FOLDABLE CHILD BOOSTER SEAT
A foldable child booster seat based on the origami and popup technique. The booster seat is light and easy to be folded flat into a compact form for storage and transport. The foldable booster seat, comprising: a plurality of rigid substrates, each rigid substrate is interconnected to another by one or more integrated hinges or flexible parts allowing the rigid substrate to fold either inward or outward when folding up; wherein when the foldable booster seat is folded flat, the rigid substrates are stacked together; and wherein when the foldable booster seat is folded up, the rigid substrates are arranged to form the shape of a chair or stool.
Access optimized child support device
A child support device including a folding frame having front legs and rear legs, and a hub pivotally coupling upper ends of the front and rear legs to move between a folded configuration and an unfolded configuration. The hub includes a first coupling element. The device further includes a support component having a second coupling element releasably engageable with the first coupling element, for detachably mounting the support component to the frame. The support component is optionally a dual-mode support, usable in a first mode of use mounted to the frame, and in a second mode of use independent of the frame.
