DEVICE FOR GENERATING A ROCKING MOVEMENT IN SUPPORTS FOR BABIES
The invention relates to a device (1) for generating a rocking movement on supports (2) for babies, comprising a frame (11) arranged on a base (10), with a support arm (12), as well as a traction mechanism (13) which is configured for the suspension of the support (2). The device is characterized in that a drive element (14) is provided to induce an oscillation or an oscillation pulse, wherein a device (15) is provided that oscillates the traction mechanism (13) up and down on the drive element (14), which is configured such that the support (2) transitions into a continuous or intermittent rocking movement by the introduction of the oscillation or of the oscillation pulse . . .
APPARATUS FOR ROCKING AN INFANT CAR SEAT
An apparatus includes a base unit configured for sitting on a flat surface. A lower neck member is joined to the base unit. An upper neck member is configured to be at least partially received into the lower neck member and further is configured for and up and down motion relative to the lower neck member. A head member is joined proximate to a distal end of the upper neck member. The head member is configured for joining to a surface of a rockable object, wherein the up and down motion is operable for rocking the rockable object. A motor device is disposed within the base unit and is configured for imparting the up and down motion.
CHILD SUPPORT DEVICE
A child support system for infants or small children. The child support system includes a child containment device and at least one child support unit detachably mounted to the child containment device. The child containment device includes a frame, liner and, optionally, a raised bassinet mattress. The at least one child support unit may take the form of a bassinet, sleeper, seat, and/or a changing table. The child containment device frame can be collapsible for storage and transport. The child support unit can be configured for use in different modes, in combination with, and/or independent of the child containment device.

Infant care apparatus
An infant care apparatus includes a standing frame, and an infant resting support connected with the support frame and having a plurality of bearing surfaces. The infant resting support is rotatable relative to the standing frame to position any of the bearing surfaces facing upward for receiving a child thereon, and the infant resting support is further slidable vertically relative to the standing frame to adjust a height of the infant resting support.
MOTION IMPARTING LEG FOR ROCKING A BED
A motion imparting leg for imparting an oscillating or reciprocating rectilinear motion to a bed for rocking the bed is provided. The motion imparting leg comprises a base, an upper member movable relative to the base for imparting the oscillating or reciprocating rectilinear motion, a linear shaft motor for driving movement of the upper member, a position sensor for determining the position of the linear shaft motor or the position of the upper member, and a motor controller for controlling the linear shaft motor based on data from the position sensor.
Swivel rocker with roll and pitch motion
A swivel rocker having a swivel rocker frame that in turn includes a rocker frame portion and a swivel frame portion that can induce the three types of motion of swivel or roll, rock or pitch, and spin or yaw. The swivel frame portion can be quickly engaged to and disengaged from the rocker frame portion. Each of the swivel frame portion and rocker frame portion is foldable to a compact form. Each of the swivel frame portion and rocker frame portion includes a hub portion, which hub portions are rotatable relative to each other and lockable relative to each other.
