An infant carrier includes a waist-worn member having a circumferential length capable of wrapping at least a part of a waist of a user, and a tightening unit configured to selectively bring the waist-worn member into close contact with the waist of the user, wherein the tightening unit includes a cable member, a hooking part configured to movably support the cable member, and an adjustment part configured to adjust the circumferential length of the waist-worn member by winding or unwinding the cable member.

A backpack with an inflatable element, designed to facilitate comfort during transport. One of the aims of the backpack is to allow objects and/or elements to be placed therein. The backpack also has an integrated inflatable element that acts as a seat for a child, wherein the child sits on said element, on the shoulders of the user of the backpack. In addition, the backpack has a pair of harnesses that can be removed from straps, used to securely surround the legs and/or ankles of the child. When the backpack is placed in front of the user's torso, the inflatable element also allows the user to rest his/her head and, at the same time, the user can rest his/her arms by placing them in a hollow structure located at the front of the backpack, preferably as part of the configuration of an exterior bag.

Infant car seats with improved handles and other features are described. An infant car seat and associated handle may collectively include multiple supports, including a lower support configured to engage a hand of a user and an upper support configured to engage an arm of the user. Examples of lower supports include an opening in a seat shell, a tubular member, or a hinged handle. Examples of upper support mays include a semicircular portion or a loop included in the handle and configured to at least partially encircle or otherwise engage an arm of the user. These and other features may increase the ease and comfort with which the user may carry the infant car seat.

The disclosure relates to a versatile sling system, apparatus and hub, the apparatus and system comprising a strap having a first end, a second end, a width, and an adjustable length, the first end of the strap and the second end of the strap being coupled such that the strap forms a loop; and a hub coupled to the strap such that the hub is suspended from the loop. An apparatus and method for manufacturing an apparatus for carrying an object in front of the body are described. Embodiments of the apparatus may include a carrier part configured to support and secure the object adjacent to a front portion of a user's abdomen, a substantially rigid back part configured to support the carrier part by transferring weight from the carrier part to a lower back of the user, wherein the back part comprises extended portions configured to rise above the user's shoulders, and one or more shoulder straps configured to transfer weight from the carrier part to one or more corresponding attachment points on the extended portions above the user's shoulders.

A child carrier includes: a seat portion; a buckle movably provided on the seat portion; a backrest portion connected to the seat portion and extending upward, the backrest portion having a plurality of adjustment holes formed therein from bottom to top; and a shoulder strap having a fixed end and a free end, the fixed end being fixed on a rear side of the backrest portion, the free end passing through one of the plurality of adjustment holes and being removably connected to the seat portion.

A child carrying device for carrying a child over a user's shoulders, comprising: a foldable support frame, a child seat support for seating the child into the carrying device, a user back harness for strapping the user onto the user's shoulders and torso, detachably affixed to the support frame by a load lifter mechanism, and a user hipbelt for transferring a portion of the carried weight or the child's weight onto the user's hip or waist which further comprises an attachment mechanism for providing adjustable adjoining location to allow the support frame to rest on or attach to, wherein the carrying device is configured to distribute the carried child's weight onto the user's shoulders and torso and the user's hip or waist.
