A child carrier having a waist belt, an upper torso support, a hammock coupled to the waist belt and to the upper torso support, and a thigh support strap extending to each side of the hammock. Each thigh support strap has an inward end portion proximate to the hammock and an outward end portion configured for selective coupling to the upper torso support in multiple positions. When the thigh support straps are coupled to the upper torso support, the hammock and the thigh support straps form a seat to support a child in an ergonomic spread-squat position in inward and outward facing orientations. The shape of the seat adjusts depending on the positions in which the outward end portions of the thigh support straps are coupled to the upper torso support.

A hip seat baby band according to the present invention includes a main body configured to support a baby, a strap configured to be connected to the main body to allow the main body to be fixed on a user, a seat configured to be detachable from the main body and to support the baby, and a support unit configured to be detachable from the main body, to be extended to a lower side of the seat to support the seat to maintain a horizontal state, and to distribute a weight of the baby through a ground. In this way, the baby's posture is stably maintained, thereby protecting the baby's hip joint, as well as reducing the baby's load delivered to the user, thereby significantly reducing the fatigue of the user.

A child-supporting harness comprises a harness portion and a child-carrying portion. The harness portion comprises a dorsal member having an upper section and a lower section; a waist strap depending from the lower section of the dorsal member; a pair of shoulder straps depending from the upper section of the dorsal member; and a pair of torso straps selectively attached to the dorsal member between the upper section and the lower section thereof. An adjustable, body-worn twin baby carrier. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for a novel twin baby carrier apparatus with improved ease of use for holding and removing two infant babies in the same carrier, compared to prior art solutions; and, novel twin baby carrier apparatus with an improved design for carrying two infant babies side-by-side against a user's chest, compared to prior art solutions. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a twin baby carrier apparatus is generally comprised of a body portion, right baby carrier portion, left baby carrier portion, right shoulder strap, left shoulder strap, and waist support portion.

An adjustable child carrier includes waist belt, a main body, shoulder straps, side attachment tabs, and thigh supports. The side attachment tabs provide lower attachment points for the shoulder straps.
