The example child carrier also includes a harness to support the child support pouch on an adult, where the harness includes a first upper strap coupled to the upper pouch area, a second upper strap coupled to the upper pouch area, and a lower strap coupled to the medial pouch area. The example child carrier also includes a first leg support coupled to the child support pouch at the lower pouch area, where the first leg support pouch has a first continuously adjustable operative surface area, and a second leg support coupled to the child support pouch at the lower pouch area, where the second leg support pouch having a second continuously adjustable surface area.
