Playpen

A playpen includes an upper frame assembly including a corner joining part, a standing leg pivotally connected with the corner joining part, the standing leg being rotatable relative to the corner joining part between a folded position where the standing leg is folded toward the upper frame assembly and an unfolded position where the standing leg is deployed for providing standing support on a floor surface, and a locking mechanism disposed adjacent to the corner joining part, the locking mechanism having a latch operable to lock the standing leg in the unfolded position and to unlock the standing leg for rotation of the standing leg between the unfolded position and the folded position.

A foldable play yard includes a floor assembly including a latch, a top rail assembly and a corner post assembly. The corner post assembly includes a first column and a second column movable relative to the first column. A lower end and an upper end of each of the first column and the second column are respectively movably connected to the floor assembly and the top rail assembly. The latch is pivoted to the lower end of the first column for engaging with the second column, so as to stop the second column from moving relative to the first column for preventing the foldable play yard from being folded. The floor assembly drives the second column to move relative to the first column to drive the top rail assembly to be folded or unfolded when the floor assembly is folded or unfolded.

Collapsible playard

A system includes a support frame of a foldable playard, and bassinet fabrics attached to the support frame of the playard. The support frame includes a central hub and a plurality of rods, each of the rods having a first end pivotably attached to the central hub and a second, free end opposite the first end. The support frame is configured to enable the bassinet fabrics to fold with the foldable playard.

A collapsible ground sheet has a floor made of a sheet of flexible, waterproof or water-resistant material, and walls attached to the floor and extending from the floor in a top direction. The walls are arranged about the periphery of the floor in series in a ring formation such that each of the walls has two neighboring walls. Each wall has a fabric portion and a wire loop, the wire loop disposed near the periphery of the fabric portion such that the fabric portion is supported by the wire loop. Each of the walls attached to its two neighboring walls by hourglass-shaped gussets made of a sheet of flexible material.

A play yard can be locked in an unfolded position via a latch mechanism or unlocked by the latch mechanism to fold to a folded position, by means of lifting a central member and bringing the rail members, the upper support members, the lower support members, and the connecting members to rotate toward the center of the play yard. A spring-loaded engaging member disposed on the rail member can have engagement with the bracket so that the play yard can be stably retained in the folded position. When the engaging member is operated to disengage from the bracket, the rail members, the upper support members, the lower support members, and the connecting members rotate away from the center of the play yard all the way to the unfolded position until the connecting members can be locked by the latch mechanism, which retains the play yard in the unfolded position.

A rotation joint structure includes a fixed joint, a movable joint, a first limit member, and a second limit member. The fixed base has a locking groove. The movable joint is pivotally connected with the fixed joint. The movable joint has a first slideway and a second slideway connected to each other. The first limit member is movably mounted in the first slideway. The second limit member is movably mounted in the second slideway. When the second limit member is locked in the locking groove, and the first limit member stops the second limit member, the movable joint is locked and cannot be rotated. Thus, the movable joint is disposed at a two-stage locking state.
