An upper body garment for supporting an infant adjacent the chest and upper belly of a wearer that includes a tubular garment body made from a stretchable fabric and comprising a front panel and a back panel, one or more breast panels extending from a top portion of the back panel and over the shoulders of the wearer; and a pouch panel extending from a lower portion of the breast panels. The pouch panel is secured along a U-shaped seam to an inside surface of the front panel to form a pouch with a top opening proximate the lower portion of the breast panels. The stretchable fabric is a two-way stretchable fabric with an increased capability for elastic expansion within a substantially horizontal plane when the wearer is in an upright position.

The full body climbing harness comprises: a pair of leg loops, a belt, a pair of shoulder straps comprising first and second shoulder straps, a hasp connected to the pair of leg loops, a first strap connecting the belt, the pair of shoulder straps, and the hasp, a first adjustment device configured to adjust the length of the first strap, a first deflecting element juxtaposed with the hasp and passed through by the first strap so that: the first strap forms at least a part of the belt and at least a part of the first shoulder strap, the first adjustment device is configured to adjust both the circumference of the belt and the length of the first shoulder strap.

An improved restraining device may include a retractable strap lead, a housing in which the retractable strap lead is at least partially housed, and a twister for changing the orientation of the retractable strap so that, in use, the orientation of the strap is changed as it is deployed from the housing.

An outer end of a leash strap can be pulled by a user to dispense the leash strap for use, and the leash can be retracted and rewound in the container housing. The present application pertains to dynamic postural systems for improving the postural response in humans through the use of chairs, walkers, crawlers, wearing devices, harnesses, standing devices, wheelchairs, sports and work equipment or other mobility or seating devices that are designed to provide one or more contact surfaces to corresponding one or more postural contact points on the body, which stimulate proper dynamic postures and postural awareness, while allowing unrestrained movement in activity and without the requirements for physical restraint.

A training harness for a downhill gliding sport comprising: a harness comprising a back panel, a pair of shoulder straps connected to the back panel, a waist strap connected to the back panel, and at least one sliding anchor point connecter; and a retractable tether comprising a casing supporting and storing a rotatable spool, a handle grip connected to the casing, a tether comprising a first end coupled to the spool and a second end configured for reversible coupling to the at least one sliding anchor point connecter, an elastic section at or proximal to the second end.
