A foldable child booster seat based on the origami and popup technique. The booster seat is light and easy to be folded flat into a compact form for storage and transport. The foldable booster seat, comprising: a plurality of rigid substrates, each rigid substrate is interconnected to another by one or more integrated hinges or flexible parts allowing the rigid substrate to fold either inward or outward when folding up; wherein when the foldable booster seat is folded flat, the rigid substrates are stacked together; and wherein when the foldable booster seat is folded up, the rigid substrates are arranged to form the shape of a chair or stool.

The present invention relates to a shoulder strap positioner for releasably connecting a first and a second strap of a child restraining seat harness, where the shoulder strap positioner comprises a male member configured to be connected to a first strap of the child restraining seat harness and a female member configured to be connected to a second strap of the child restraining seat harness, and where the male member can be removably connected to the female member (1b), where the female member comprises a receptacle provided with an opening for insertion of the male member, the opening being provided over a part of a circumference of the female member, where at least one rib is provided over a part of the opening, and where the male member comprises an tongue provided with a groove, the male and female members being locked to each other through a movement of the male member towards the at least one rib, the at least one rib being brought into contact and accommodated in the groove through this movement, and released from each other through a movement of the male member away from the at least one rib.

A system for securement of a baby within a bathtub. The system includes a seat attached to a frame. The seat includes a backrest, a base, and a harness, such that the harness can removably secure the baby within the backrest and the base of the seat. The frame includes a unitary rod that extends through a perimeter of the seat, and a pair of adjustable hook members. Each adjustable hook member can be widened or narrowed to snugly fit to a sidewall of the bathtub and be secured thereto by friction fit. Upon securement of the adjustable hook members to the sidewall of the bathtub and placement of the baby within the seat, the baby is safely secured to an interior of the sidewall for bathing or recreation.

Child care equipment with a seat can include a seat part forming an accommodating space for accommodating an infant. It can further include a crotch strap extending between thighs of the infant seated in the seat part and a pair of waist straps that restrains a waist of the infant. The child care equipment can also include a buckle connecting the crotch strap and the pair of waist straps. The buckle can include a pair of engaging members that are connected to the pair of waist straps. The buckle can also include an engaged member connected to the crotch strap. The engaging member can include a first magnet. The engaged member can include a second magnet that magnetically attracts the first magnet of the engaging member.

An infant-supporting chair. The chair may include a seat and a tray assembly that includes a releasable mechanical latching system for retainingly engaging the tray assembly to the seat when the tray assembly is in a latching position. The chair may further include a tray guidance system that is configured to guide the tray assembly into the latching position. The tray guidance system may comprise at least one magnet feature in the seat and at least one other magnet feature in the tray assembly. Once latched, the tray may be slidably positioned relative to the seat while remaining latched thereto. The present invention relates to a baby seat carrier comprising shoulder strap members, a waist belt member, a stool seat member connected to the waist belt member, an internal fabric member configured to abut and extend along the torso of a carrying user and that is connected to the waist belt member and the shoulder strap members, an external cover member extending along a longitudinal direction (L) of the internal fabric member, the external cover member having a lower portion that is detachably connected to the internal fabric member such that the external cover member and the internal fabric member form a suspended pocket seat.

A child safety device for preventing a child from tipping a booster seat backwards, incorporates a strap operatively configured to prevent a child from lifting his or her legs high enough to push off a table or counter; and a mounting element to affix the strap to a booster seat, wherein the strap is operatively positioned relative to the legs of the child to thereby prevent the child from lifting his or her legs. The device may also be formed as part of a child booster seat or a high chair.

The present floor seat apparatus includes a base, a seat removably seatable in the base, and a tray engagable to the base. The base may be used as a seat by itself, with or without the seat and with or without the tray. The base includes a post. The seat includes a post through opening that engages the post and positions the seat in the seat receptacle of the base.

A baby carrier is described, which beneficially includes multiple positions for carrying a baby, including inwardly and outwardly facing positions. The baby carrier includes a main panel having cut-outs on both sides of the main panel, and two selectively adjustable side panels. The side panels may be connected in an inward-facing position where they cover the cut-outs, or an outward-facing position where they fold down and expose the cut-outs such that a baby's legs may pass through. In some examples, padding or foam is selectively placed within the selectively adjustable side panels and/or the main panel to support the baby in a spread-squat position in the outward-facing position.

A child activity apparatus may include a base, and a frame coupled to the base. The frame includes a horizontal bar extending between a pair of opposing side bars. The side bars are rotatably secured to the base. The frame is movable relative to the base. The frame is configured to receive a seat. The apparatus may include the seat. A method of assembling the apparatus for the child activity center may include securing the frame to the base, and optionally, further securing the seat to the frame. A kit for a child activity center may include the frame, the base, and at least one seat. The at least one seat may include a first seat and a second seat.
