A dispenser insert for being mounted in an existing cabinet, the dispenser insert including a frame configured to be mounted in the cabinet, a dispensing mechanism mounted to the frame, the dispensing mechanism including a magazine part for accommodating a stack of sheet products and a dispensing part for dispensing the sheet products, the magazine part having a refilling access at its bottom, wherein the dispensing part is at least translationally movable relative to the magazine part into a refilling position.

Food product dispensing machines and methods for dispensing food product into a cup. The food product dispensing machine includes a cup holder having a target element, a sensor that senses the target element, and a controller. The cup holder is configured to hold a cup such that the cup prevents the sensor from sensing at least a portion of the target element. The controller determines whether a cup is present in the cup holder and/or a size of the cup based on a remaining portion of the target element that is sensed by the sensor when the cup is held by the cup holder. Drive mechanisms are configured to move the first and second cup holders along first and second radial paths, respectively, with respect to the common dispensing position. An indicator is configured to indicate a remaining number of cup dispenses to the user.

Systems for providing on-demand food service material printing for food service are provided herein. A food service material dispenser comprises a roll holder configured to hold a roll of food service material, one or more rollers, and a motor configured to operate to translate the food service material along a path within the dispenser. The dispenser includes a cutting arrangement configured to perform a cut of the food service material to form the sheet of food service material that defines a size associated with a food service order. The dispenser also includes a printer configured to print at least one of order information or personalization information on the food service material that is based on the associated food service order. The dispenser further includes a chute configured to dispense the sheet of food service material, which includes the at least one of order information or personalization information printed thereon.

A container for holding and gravity-feed dispensing articles comprises a front panel, a back panel, an upper panel, a lower panel, and two side panels, the two side panels extending between the upper panel and the lower panel. The front panel, the back panel, the lower panel, and the two side panels form one or more voids for holding a stack of articles such as shavers. The front panel includes a removable perforated portion on the bottom of the front panel that, when removed, defines a dispensing opening adapted for dispensing an article from the stack of articles, and the front panel, the back panel, the upper panel, the lower panel, and the two side panels are formed from exactly one die cut blank.

A pharmaceutical dispenser includes a substantially cylindrical dispenser body including a curved sidewall with a flat longitudinal surface, a base perpendicular to the flat longitudinal surface at a first end, an orifice at a second end, opposite the base, and a side portal spaced from the base; and a cap that can couple to the first end and to the second end. The curved sidewall has a side portal having a perimeter in an arced “T” shape with rounded edges. The dispenser accommodates multiple capped cylindrical pharmaceutical containers.

A pharmaceutical dispenser includes a substantially cylindrical dispenser body including a curved sidewall with a flat longitudinal surface, a base perpendicular to the flat longitudinal surface at a first end, an orifice at a second end, opposite the base, and a side portal spaced from the base; and a cap that can couple to the first end and to the second end. The curved sidewall has a side portal having a perimeter in an arced “T” shape with rounded edges. The dispenser accommodates multiple capped cylindrical pharmaceutical containers.

An indicator device comprises an indicator member (102, 222, 330) moveable between first and second positions, a switch means (152, 252, 352) engageable by the indicator member when the indicator member is in the second position, a signal generating means (160, 260, 360) for generating a data signal, connected to the switch means, a signal transmitting means (158, 258, 358) connected to the signal generating means for wirelessly transmitting the data signal and an electrical power source (162, 262, 362) for supplying electrical power to the signal generating means and the signal transmitting means, wherein the device is configured to generate and transmit a data signal on actuation of the switch means. The invention also includes a dispensing device comprising such an indicator device.

An indicator device comprises an indicator member (102, 222, 330) moveable between first and second positions, a switch means (152, 252, 352) engageable by the indicator member when the indicator member is in the second position, a signal generating means (160, 260, 360) for generating a data signal, connected to the switch means, a signal transmitting means (158, 258, 358) connected to the signal generating means for wirelessly transmitting the data signal and an electrical power source (162, 262, 362) for supplying electrical power to the signal generating means and the signal transmitting means, wherein the device is configured to generate and transmit a data signal on actuation of the switch means. The invention also includes a dispensing device comprising such an indicator device.

Systems for providing on-demand cup printing and dispensing for food service are provided herein. A cup dispenser includes a cup source configured to hold a stack of cups and one or more cup-moving elements configured to cause a cup from the stack of cups to move through the cup dispenser. The cup dispenser includes a motor configured to operate the one or more cup-moving elements to cause the cup to move through the cup dispenser along a path. The cup dispenser also includes a printer configured to print at least one of order information or personalization information on the cup that is based on the food service order associated with the cup. The cup dispenser further includes a dispensing slot that provides the cup, which includes the at least one of order information or personalization information printed thereon.

Methods and systems for managing inventory at a retail facility include an image capture device having a field of view that includes a product display shelf of the retail facility, an electronic database that stores a planogram of product display shelves at the retail facility and a computing device. The computing device obtains an image of a product display shelf, detects the individual packages of each of the different products captured in the image, defines different product display areas for the different products on the product display shelf captured in the image, and generates virtual boundary lines that surround each of the defined product display areas. The computing device also determines an identity of a product contained located in each defined product display area, and associates the virtual boundary lines surrounding each defined product display area with an identifier unique to the product contained in the defined product display area.
