A merchandise displaying, storing and dispensing system (MDSDS) that comprises a modular structure made up of multiple cabinets. The design of each cabinet facilitates the insertion, or placing therein, of items that are typically sold in a retail store establishment. Although the MDSDS can be used for many different items, the MDSDS is optimally designed for use with small liquor bottles. The cabinet do not utilize complicated moving parts, but rather gravity to allow liquor bottles to be displayed or stored, and then dispensed when stored, and then the need arises. The MDSDS offers a convenient space-saving solution to selling items such as small liquor bottles which are often difficult to display and sell. As a result of its modular design the MDSDS can be built to any size/dimension desired or required.

A drink lid dispenser assembly includes a lid housing which contains a stack of drink container lids. A lid dispenser unit is movably integrated into the lid housing. The lid dispenser unit includes a lid screw which engages a bottommost lid in the stack of drink container lids thereby facilitating the bottommost lid to fall outwardly from the lid housing to deliver the bottommost lid to a user. A straw dispenser is coupled to the lid housing and the straw dispenser contains a stack of drinking straws. The straw dispenser includes a screw engaging a bottommost straw in the stack of drinking straws. The screw in the straw dispenser urges the bottommost straw outwardly from the straw dispenser when the straw dispenser is turned on to deliver the bottommost straw to the user.

A boxed battery dispenser configured to hold a plurality of battery trays. Each battery tray of the plurality of battery trays is configured to hold a plurality of batteries, and each battery tray can be independently removeable from the dispenser.

A recyclable and dispensable hygienic cutlery utensil comprises a handle portion and head portion. The handle portion provides suitable area for gripping and includes a chamfer on its proximal end that creates handle gaps between adjacent proximal handle ends in a vertical stack, thereby facilitating a predictable release from a utensil dispenser. The handle further includes nesting features that nest with adjacent cutlery articles in a stack, and planar surfaces that are in mutual contact with the adjacent cutlery articles in the stack. An indicator device comprises an indicator member (102, 222, 330) moveable between first and second positions, a switch means (152, 252, 352) engageable by the indicator member when the indicator member is in the second position, a signal generating means (160, 260, 360) for generating a data signal, connected to the switch means, a signal transmitting means (158, 258, 358) connected to the signal generating means for wirelessly transmitting the data signal and an electrical power source (162, 262, 362) for supplying electrical power to the signal generating means and the signal transmitting means, wherein the device is configured to generate and transmit a data signal on actuation of the switch means. An indicator device comprises an indicator member (102, 222, 330) moveable between first and second positions, a switch means (152, 252, 352) engageable by the indicator member when the indicator member is in the second position, a signal generating means (160, 260, 360) for generating a data signal, connected to the switch means, a signal transmitting means (158, 258, 358) connected to the signal generating means for wirelessly transmitting the data signal and an electrical power source (162, 262, 362) for supplying electrical power to the signal generating means and the signal transmitting means, wherein the device is configured to generate and transmit a data signal on actuation of the switch means. The invention also includes a dispensing device comprising such an indicator device.

A beverage preparation machine permits automated preparation of a variety of beverages. A plurality of stations add ingredients to a beverage container and process the contents directly in the container in some embodiments. Parallel preparation of more than one beverage may be performed in some embodiments. A robotic arm moves the beverage container to the stations. The robotic arm may include a weight sensor as part of controlling the addition of ingredients.
