KNEADING MACHINE FOR DOUGH WITH PINCH PROTECTION
A kneading machine includes a kneading machine frame with a lower portion and a head movable relative to the lower portion between a lower operating position and an upper cleaning position. A kneading bowl is on the lower portion and a drivable kneading tool and a lid closing an opening of the kneading bowl in the operating position are the head. The lid is surrounded on a circumferential side by a first safety ring of a safety device which projects beyond the lid on an underside thereof, and which is movably fastened to the lid. The safety device includes a detector to detect a relative movement between the lid and the first safety ring. The kneading machine frame includes at least two trunnion bearings, each defined by a trunnion and a matching receptacle.

Method for an adaptive kneading technology for a food preparation appliance
A method to make a single dough ball using adaptive kneading technology is explained. An adaptive kneading technology which resides in a processor is used to form an optimal viscoelastic dough ball. The flour and liquid are mixed, the initial dough is contacted, the reading for resistance is recorded, if need be corrected and finally a dough ball is dispensed to make a flat bread.

MIXING MACHINE WITH MOVABLE BOWL SUPPORT
A food mixing machine includes a mixer body including a column and a head extending from the column. A rotatable output member extends downward from the head for receiving a mixer tool. A bowl support is mounted for vertical movement along the column between a lowered position away from the head and a raised position toward the head. A drive assembly is linked to selectively drive the rotatable output member. A user interface, including a touch-screen display, is located on the mixer body. A controller is associated with the user interface, wherein the controller is configured to communicate mixing machine condition information via the touch-screen display.

Auxiliary Material Accommodating Container and Automatic Bread Making Machine
To allow simplification of the operating mechanism for automatic charging of auxiliary material, thus enabling compactization/simplification of the automatic bread making machine as well as increased readiness of its cleaning. An auxiliary material accommodating container detachably attachable to an automatic bread making machine. The container includes a base body 31, a first accommodating section 31a, a second accommodating section 31b, a first opening/closing member (a lid member 32 and a frame member 33) and a second opening/closing member (a yeast lid member 34). The first accommodating section 31a and the second accommodating section 31b accommodate auxiliary materials to be charged to bread. The first opening/closing member is pivotable relative to the base body 31 about a pivot axis G to open/close the first accommodating section 31a. The second opening/closing member is pivotable relative to the base body 31 about the pivot axis G to open/close the second accommodating section 31b.

HOUSEHOLD NOODLE MAKER
A vertical household noodle maker includes a base, a stirring container connected to the base, a stirring rod longitudinally arranged in the stirring container, an extrusion cylinder horizontally arranged at one side below the stirring container, a spiral rod arranged in the extrusion cylinder, an extrusion die and a control unit. The stirring rod includes a rod body and a stirring blade. The motor rotates the stirring rod and the spiral rod, and a feeding inlet in communication with the extrusion cylinder is provided at a bottom of the stirring container. An inner wall of the stirring container is provided with a cutting rod, and a projection of the cutting rod at least partially overlaps with a projection of the stirring blade in the horizontal direction when the stirring blade is driven by the motor to rotate to a position of the cutting rod.
Mixing paddle
A mixing paddle is comprised of a compound, integral center shaft, a rim, a first plurality of parallel blades and a second plurality of parallel blades. The compound, integral center shaft bisects the rim, creating a first side of the rim and a second side of the rim. The first plurality of parallel blades is disposed between the compound, integral center shaft and the first side of the rim. The second plurality of parallel blades is disposed between the compound, integral center shaft and the second side of the rim. The first plurality of parallel blades is orthogonal to the second plurality of parallel blades.
