A shelf system (1) comprises: a frame (5) for forming at least one shelf (70), and a plurality of primary and secondary rails (40, 50). The frame comprises a plurality of mounting portions (20, 30), to each of which at least one of a primary rail (40) and a secondary rail (50) is removably mountable to form lanes of different widths. Each lane includes a primary rail on one side and a secondary rail on the other side for supporting and guiding at least one item (60) in the lane, and the primary rails each comprise at least one sensor (700) for sensing the item (60) in the lane.

The method includes providing a major body with a first surface and a second surface, the first surface opposing the second surface, the major body being triangular in shape, the major body having a first edge, a second edge and a third edge, connecting a horizontal shaft across the first edge of the major body, the horizontal shaft including at least a first upper surface, the first upper surface extending substantially horizontally away from the first surface of the major body, and forming an engaging structure along the second edge of the major body, the engaging structure extending from the major body, the third edge extending between a first distal end of the horizontal shaft and a second distal end of the engaging structure.

A modular shelving system includes a plurality of shelves, each shelf having a length and defining a first passage, a second passage, a first channel, and a second channel that each extend the full length of their respective shelf. The system also includes a plurality of bars, each bar defining a length and including a first bar opening at a first end and a second bar opening at a second end opposite the first end, and a plurality of connectors, each connector including at least two male portions, each male portion sized and shaped to be received in one of the first passage, the second passage, the first bar opening, and the second bar opening to interconnect each of the plurality of shelves and each of the plurality of bars.

A shelving system includes a shelving unit with at least one open sidewall that provides access to an interior of the shelving unit and one or more inserts that can be selectively connected to and disconnected from an interior of the unit in order to compartmentalize the interior of the unit. This enables a user to separate, sort and store items in the interior in an orderly fashion. The at least one open sidewall also serves to display the items stored in the unit. The shelving unit can be attached to a supporting wall in order to be located at desirable height to facilitate storage and display of the items stored therein.

A product display in accordance with the present disclosure includes a display header and a product-support structure. The display header is coupled to the product-support structure for showing product indicia related to products stored in the product-support structure to a customer at a retail location.

The present disclosure provides a method and device for identifying a product purchased by a user and intelligent shelf system. The method includes acquiring a weight of products carried in a container, acquiring a first monitoring image acquired in a monitoring area corresponding to the container, identifying the first monitoring image, and obtaining an identification result, wherein the identification result comprises user identity information when it is determined that the weight of the products is reduced, acquiring a time when at least one product carried in the container is picked up, and determining information of at least one picked-up product, obtaining the user identity information corresponding to the at least one picked-up product, and associating the user identity information with the information of the at least one picked-up product.

A fixture for storage and presentation of goods includes a support structure and a multitude of rod shelves disposed on the support structure. Each of the multitude of rod shelves includes support brackets and rods disposed between the support brackets. The fixture further includes a multitude of configurable trays disposed on the multitude of rod shelves and configured to hold the goods. Each of the multitude of configurable trays is removably clipped to the rods of one of the multitude of rod shelves to occupy substantially all available space between the support brackets.

A retail merchandise tray and display incorporating the same are provided. The display includes a shelf and the tray mounted to the shelf. The tray includes a pair of opposed mounting rails with at least one tray section situated between the first and second mounting rails.
