An adapter (1) for fastening a goods carrier to a longitudinal support profile (2) comprises a connecting element (13) to which the goods carrier can be connected, and a mounting structure (12) by means of which the adapter (1) can be detachably fastened to the support profile (2). The mounting structure (12) has adjusting mechanism (1222) with which the adapter (1) can be adjusted to a released position, a suspended position and a fixed position. In the released position the adapter (1) can be freely arranged on the support profile (2) and removed from it. In the suspended position the adapter (1) can be fastened to the support profile (2) and at the same time can be moved along the support profile (2). In the fixed position in the adapter (1) is rigidly connected to the support profile (2).

A position adjustable support assembly is convertible from a tool case, to a step stool. A segmented position adjustable support assembly has a center assembly and a left and right assembly. The left and right assemblies are rotatable about the center assembly and the vertical supports of the center, left and right assemblies can be retained in base and top-receivers of a tool case. Retainers may secure the segmented assembly to the base and top. The top may convert to a top-step and the base may be utilized as a bottom step of a stepstool. A pair of legs may extend from the re-positioned top cover and these legs may be retained by a top-step retainer assembly that may be coupled to the base; thereby providing stability for the stepstool.

A flower pot support assembly includes a rectangular panel defining a few windows. The support is engaged and retained into a corresponding panel window via lateral flange grooves. An arcuate seat is made integral to the panel window periphery and abuttingly cooperates with a corresponding flower pot support and associated window edge sloping ramps for flower pot support sliding and tilting engagement within the panel window, all in such a way as to releasably lock the flower pot support in nesting condition inside the panel window with the support member mouth facing upwardly.

An image display device includes an approach situation information acquirer that acquires approach situation information indicating approach of at least part of a customer's body to a shelf on which a plurality of items are displayed and indicating, when there is the approach, a position of the approach on the shelf at each time; an associator that associates the approach situation information with one item of the plurality of items according to the position indicated by the approach situation information; an index value calculator that calculates an index value relating to the customer's behavior on the basis of information indicating the item associated with the approach situation information; and a display unit that displays the index value calculated by the index value calculator together with an image of the item on the basis of the association made by the associator.

Techniques for attaching a wireless display device to a vertical surface are provided. In one technique, a display device deploys a first adhesion mechanism to secure the display device to a vertical surface. It is detected that the first adhesion mechanism is about to fail. In response to detecting that the first adhesion mechanism is about to fail, the display device deploys a second adhesion mechanism to secure the display device to the vertical surface. In another technique, a display device deploys one or more adhesion mechanisms to secure the display device to a vertical surface. It is determined that the one or more adhesion mechanisms are about to fail. In response, the display device deploys one or more airbags around the display device to protect the display device in case the one or more adhesion mechanisms fail.

A position adjustable support assembly is convertible to and from a tool case, to allow transport with a plurality of articles attached thereto. A segmented position adjustable support assembly has a center assembly and a left and right assembly. The left and right assemblies are rotatable about the center assembly and the vertical supports of the center, left and right assemblies can be retained in base and top-receivers of a tool case. Retainers may secure the segmented assembly to the base and top. This allows a user to mount the segmented assembly in a first work location, and then convert the segmented assembly to a tool case for transport to a second work location.

A display panel mounting device is disclosed. The device includes a body with at least one handle having an activation mechanism, and a mounting element operatively connected to the body and having at least one magnet. The mounting element is attachable to a display panel with a metallic element based on the at least one magnet generating a magnetic force to engage with the metallic element and being detachable from the display panel based on the at least one magnet disengaging from the metallic element. The activation mechanism is configured to control generation of the magnetic force by the at least one magnet.

An apparatus for organizing cosmetics includes a plate. A mirror is coupled to the plate. A shelf for supporting a mobile device is also coupled to the plate. The shelf is positioned such that a display of the mobile device is oriented in substantially the same plane as a reflective surface of the mirror. A compartment can also be coupled to the plate.

A system for presentation and sale of self-service items comprises a peg configured to be attached to a vertical wall of a retail display unit. The peg is configured to retain items in packaging having a hole therein for the passage of the peg. The peg comprises a smooth rod with a section less than or equal to the section of the hole over a length of the rod configured to receive the packaging, and a notched free end section. The system further includes spacers formed by rings. Each ring has a lumen of section complementary to that of the rod and greater than the section of the notched free end, and at least one tooth configured to be disengaged by an external actuating mechanism to interact at rest with the notching. Each ring has an outer section greater than the section of the hole in the packaging.
