Magnetic hand tool frame
A magnetic hand tool frame includes a baseboard, at least one clamping element, and two attraction modules. The baseboard has a body and at least one clamping rack formed on the body. The at least one clamping element is connected to the at least one clamping rack. The attraction modules are connected to the baseboard respectively at two opposite sides of the body, and each has a holding mount and a magnetic base. The holding mount is connected to the body at one of the opposite sides of the body, is opposite to the at least one clamping element and has a connecting rack formed on the holding mount. The magnetic base is connected to the holding mount in the connecting rack and has a mounting frame and at least one magnetic block securely mounted in the mounting frame to provide a magnetic attraction effect to the magnetic base.
Mountable organizer having frictionally engaging receptacles
An organizer has a planar back panel, a front panel, a core between the back panel and the front panel comprised of a resilient foam material, and at least one receptacle defined by an opening in the front panel aligned with a channel in the core extending from the opening in the front panel toward the back panel. The channel has a smaller cross-sectional area than a cross-sectional area of the opening such that a device having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the channel will form a friction fit with an interior wall of the channel.
Firearm Holder Including a Stock Lock and Muzzle Holder
In some embodiments, a device includes a firearm holder including a stock lock. The stock lock may include a first jaw, a second jaw, a pivot pin to couple the first jaw to the second jaw. The first jaw may pivot about the pivot pin relative to the second jaw and may open and close about a neck of a stock of a firearm. The stock lock may further include a rotatable element coupled to the first jaw to allow at least a portion of the first jaw to rotate about the rotatable element to move into and out of alignment with the first jaw. In some implementations, the stock lock may include a locking mechanism. In some aspects, the stock lock may include a cowl extending about at least a portion of the locking mechanism.
KNIFE BLOCK AND KNIFE STORAGE SYSTEM
A knife block and storage system are provided. The knife block includes a block body and an elongate slot formed in the block body. In some configurations, the elongate slot extends from the top surface and along a side surface. The knife block also may include a notch disposed in a top surface that is configured to receive and mate with a bolster of a first kitchen knife. The elongate slot is typically sized and shaped to accommodate a kitchen knife within the block body and is configured to permit removal of the kitchen knife from within the block body by sliding a blade of the kitchen knife out of the elongate slot through the side surface or by removing the knife blade through a portion of the elongate slot in the top surface.
Adjustable Tool Holder
Disclosed is an adjustable tool holder for holding elongate hand held tools. The tool holder comprises a telescopically adjustable base member comprising an elongate, rectangular, hollow outer member and an elongate rectangular inner member configured to be snugly and slidably received within the outer member, the inner member adapted to be secured to the outer member at a plurality of lock positions thereby rendering the length of the base member adjustable. The tool holder further comprises a compression spring, one end of which is secured at the free end of the outer member and the other end of which is secured at the free end of the inner member. The length of the spring is subject to change in accordance with the change in the length of the base member. A tool is adapted to be held between two consecutive loops of the spring.

Headphone stand
A headphone stand, for supporting a variety of electronic devices and accessories, having a base portion and a tower portion. The tower portion is mounted on the top surface of the base portion and has a pair of parallel and substantially identical end plates, and a connecting part extending between the end plates. Each of the end plates has a plurality of fingers extending forwardly and rearwardly therefrom for supporting electronic devices and accessories. A plurality of upstanding walls extend upwardly from the base portion, defining slots for holding electronic devices. A USB hub provides a plurality of USB charging ports, such that charging cables can be used to charge various devices supported by the headphone stand.
MERCHANDISE DISPLAY SYSTEM
Provided are systems, methods and techniques for displaying merchandise. One such system includes a support structure, a receptacle physically connected to the support structure and having a plurality of openings around its periphery, and a plurality of merchandise assemblies. Each merchandise assembly, in turn, includes an item of merchandise and an attachment device fastened to the item of merchandise. The attachment device has a vertically oriented insertion member that is tapered from top to bottom and is removably inserted into one of the plurality of openings in the receptacle.
DISPLAY AND STORAGE STAND FOR CROSS-COUNTRY SNOW SKI OR CROSS-COUNTRY ROLLER SKI
The present disclosure provides for a display and storage stand for cross-country snow skis or cross-country roller skis. The display and storage stand includes a mounting bracket for attachment to a wall, an attachment bracket that extends from the mounting bracket, a ski bracket, that releasably connects to the mounting bracket and a support rod extending laterally across the ski bracket. The ski bracket includes frame members that define zones in which to receive at least a portion of the ski binding device of a pair of cross-country skis. The movable latch of the ski binding device releasably attaches to the support rod to position the base surface of the pair of cross-country skis between the attachment bracket and the support rod.
FISHING ROD ORGANIZER AND CARRIER
A fishing rod holder includes a retainer box having front, rear, upper and lower portions defined by a frame comprised of a plurality of upright frame members, wherein the plurality of upright frame members includes front upright frame members and rear upright frame members. The rear upright frame members include support portions for abuttingly supporting the retainer box in a raised position above a support surface. A planar member on the lower portion of the retainer box and includes a plurality of receiving apertures configured to receive a first portion of a fishing rod therethrough. First and second brackets are disposed on opposite sides of the retainer box having inwardly opening channels disposed therealong. Multiple divider members are slidingly received in the channels of the first and second brackets for movement therealong, wherein adjacent divider members are configured to retain a second portion of the fishing rod therebetween.
