A jewelry organizer device is disclosed that can function vertically or horizontally. The device comprises a base component with a recessed drawer and a plurality of cylinders that receive scrunchies, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry. Each cylinder includes magnetic sections that allow the cylinders to be pulled apart at various points along the cylinder and secured back together. When pulled apart, the cylinders allow the jewelry to be removed from the device without having to remove all the jewelry beside it. Instead, users can separate the magnetic cylinders by detaching the magnets and pulling off the desired jewelry piece, before repositioning the magnetic cylinders back together.

A display box displays the fluorescence of a gemstone having naturally occurring phosphors. The box has a top portion hinged with a bottom portion. A compact ultraviolet LED assembly is mounted at a mounting angle in the insert in a cavity of the top portion. The LED assembly has: an LED circuit; a 3 watt 365 nm ultraviolet LED diode disposed on the LED circuit; and an optical collimator having a parabolic lens to focus the emitted LED radiation to a less than 15 spread. A compact battery for powering the LED assembly is provided in a recess of the bottom portion. A central holder/deck holds the gemstone in a direct path of the emitted collimated LED radiation of the LED assembly. In operation, the gemstone seated in the central holder/deck emits a corona of strong visible fluorescence while the ultraviolet radiation and the LED assembly are not seen.

The disk retainer element may seat against the vessel cap using cooperating elements on the vessel cap and disk retainer element that define a trajectory for the disk retainer element to move along when the disk retainer element is being secured in the vessel cap, in which the trajectory flattens with increased insertion of the disk retainer element in the vessel cap, or the trajectory forms a helix having a continuously increasing helix angle. A knob and groove arrangement may be used for the cooperating elements.

The receptacle, in the open position, is oriented generally perpendicular to the inner surface of the elongate member and, in the closed position, after rotation of the jewelry-receiving member of about 90 degrees, is oriented generally parallel to the inner surface of the elongate member.
