SYSTEM FOR THE PREPARATION OF A MIXTURE
A mixing system includes a mixing machine and a device for collecting material of the mixture that remains adherent to the implement of the machine, at the end of a mixing step. The collecting device has a collecting surface that is associated to movement means designed to guide the surface in a first direction and a second direction, so that this can pass, as a result of the movement in both directions, from a first condition, where the surface extends at least prevalently in the first direction, to a second condition, where the surface extends at least prevalently in the second direction.
Apparatus for Mixing Powdery Baking Ingredients with Water
The invention relates to an apparatus (2) for mixing powdery baking ingredients with water. The apparatus (2) comprises a mixing chamber (4) which is inclined at a gradient and is preferably vertical, which has in an upper head region (6) at least one opening (8) for powdery baking ingredients falling into the mixing chamber (4) and in which there is arranged at least one nozzle (10) from which water (12) is ejected at a pressure of at least 30 bar from at least one nozzle opening (14). The nozzle opening (14) is directed at a mechanical obstruction (16) within the mixing chamber (4). Water (12) spraying out of the nozzle opening (14), together with the supplied baking ingredients, impacts the obstruction (16) in an impact region (20). Below the mixing chamber (4) there is arranged a container (24) which is provided with a cover (22) and which is connected, in a dough-conveying manner, to a discharge opening (26) of the mixing chamber (4). The apparatus has a suction device (32) for baking ingredient dust from the container (24), which has a suction opening (34) on the container (24), an inlet opening (36) into the mixing chamber (4) and a recycling duct (38) that connects the suction opening (34) to the inlet opening (36). Thus, the suction opening (34) is arranged in the head region (40) of the container (24) and the inlet opening (36) is arranged above the impact region (20) in the mixing chamber (4).
Kneading dough hook assembly and kneading dough machine containing the same
The patent application relates to a kneading dough hook assembly and the kneading dough machine containing the same. The kneading dough hook assembly includes a mounting frame, a first kneading dough hook, a second kneading dough hook, a first fool-proof mechanism and a second fool-proof mechanism. The mounting frame includes two mounting rods. The first and second kneading dough hooks are mounted on the two mounting rods respectively. The first fool-proof mechanism is provided between the first kneading dough hook and its corresponding first mounting rod. The second fool-proof mechanism is provided between the second kneading dough hook and its corresponding second mounting rod.
Mixing machine with movable bowl support and torque display
A food mixing machine includes a mixer body including a column and a head extending from the column. A rotatable output member extends downward from the head for receiving a mixer tool. A bowl support is mounted for vertical movement along the column between a lowered position away from the head and a raised position toward the head. A drive assembly is linked to selectively drive the rotatable output member. A user interface, including a touch-screen display, is located on the mixer body. A controller is associated with the user interface, wherein the controller is configured to communicate mixing machine condition information via the touch-screen display.
Mixing apparatus
A mixing apparatus has a mixing container disposed in the upper part of the mixing apparatus, preferably standing on a frame, which is open towards the top. The mixing container includes a single-shaft agitator disposed in the lower part of the mixing apparatus. The agitator has a vertically disposed agitator shaft to which is fastened an agitating tool configured as a rotor body which is disposed in the mixing container just above the container base. The single-shaft agitator is a statorless agitator and the rotor body fastened to the agitator shaft is surrounded by an external free space between the rotor body and the container wall of the mixing container. The agitator shaft is adjustable in its spacing distance from the cylinder axis.
Apparatus system and process for making a bakery product
A system to make a bread loaf includes means for moving continuously pans along a predetermined path, each pan including at least one cavity sized and configured for making a bread loaf. Means conditioning continuously a batch of unconditioned dough reduces the size of air pockets therein to form a conditioned dough. Means continuously extrude the batch of conditioned dough at a controlled volumetric feed rate and at a controlled pressure to provide a constant stream of conditioned dough that is continuously cut into individual packets. The entire batch is converted into individual packets of conditioned dough corresponding to a predetermined number of bread loaves to be produced from the batch, with all the packets deposited individually in cavities of the pans within 10-20 minutes after mixing ingredients that make the batch.
Rotary shaft for processing foodstuffs, industrial device comprising such a rotary shaft, a method of manufacturing such a rotary shaft and a method for processing foodstuffs
The invention relates to a rotary shaft for processing foodstuffs, the rotary shaft has a rotation axis and the rotary shaft comprises at least one tool which extends along the rotation axis. The tool has an airfoil profile such that the tool comprises a leading edge, a trailing edge, an upper surface and a lower surface. Further, the tool comprises at least one fluid channel between the mean camber line of the airfoil profile and the upper surface of the tool.
KNEADING TOOL
A kneading tool of a type prearranged for being mounted rotatable about an axis of rotation of a kneading machine includes: a central shaft defining a main axis; and plurality of arms transverse to said shaft, which are positioned in different orientations about the main axis and/or in different positions along said axis so as to be staggered and not overlying with respect to one another.
A KNEADING OR MIXING MACHINE
A kneading or mixing machine including a housing with opposite side walls, a motor in the housing for driving a kneading or mixing tool. A safety shield mounted to bearings for turning about an axis (A), the safety shield adapted to at least partly shield the tool when the safety shield is turned to a shielding position, the safety shield including a pair of arms.
