A dispensing baked good container assembly includes a container having a pastry bag extend between an upper portion and a lower portion. The pastry bag is flexible. The pastry bag has an internal cavity configured to hold baked good ingredients. The lower portion has a lower dispensing opening at a dispensing tip at a bottom of the pastry bag through which the baked good ingredients are dispensed. The dispensing baked good container assembly includes a support ring coupled to the upper portion of the pastry bag. The support ring is rigid or semi-rigid to support the upper end of the pastry bag and form a funnel providing access to the internal cavity.

GEAR BOX WITH VARIABLY COUPLED OSCILLATION AND ROTATION FOR KNEADING MACHINE

A gear box for a reciprocating kneader. A primary rotational gear is attached to a gear box primary shaft and rotates in concert therewith. A secondary rotational gear is engaged with the primary rotation gear and rotates therewith. A secondary shaft is attached to the secondary rotational gear and rotates therewith. A primary oscillation gear is attached to the gear box primary shaft and rotates therewith. A secondary oscillation gear is rotationally engaged with the primary oscillation gear and rotates on the secondary shaft. An eccentric is coupled to the secondary oscillation gear and rotates in concert therewith. A yoke is engaged with the eccentric and oscillates on an axis perpendicular to the secondary shaft in response to the lobe. The gearbox secondary shaft moves along its axis in concert with yoke oscillation. A housing is pivotally attached to the yoke and pivotally attached to a casing at a casing.

Automated preparation of breads
10952442 · 2021-03-23 · ·

Apparatuses and methods for preparation of breads are described. The apparatuses include a press unit that can receive a dough ball and flatten the dough ball. The press unit includes a top plate and a bottom plate, each of which is in an inclined arrangement. The top plate swivels towards and away from the bottom plate. A dough ball is flattened between the top plate and the bottom plate. The bottom plate is heated, thereby heating a first face of the flattened dough in contact with the bottom plate. A flipper connected to at least one of the top plate and the bottom plate guides the flattened dough to a heated cooking surface. The guiding enables a second face of the flattened dough to come in contact with the cooking surface, thereby heating the flattened dough and forming the bread.

FOOD MIXER

A food mixer comprises a container, a rotational shaft, an agitation member, a main packing, a collar, and a sub packing. The rotational shaft penetrates a wall of the container and is rotatably supported by the container. The agitation member is configured to agitate a work product in the container by rotating together with the rotational shaft. The main packing is disposed between the container and the rotational shaft. The collar is held at an outer periphery of the rotational shaft by a fixing member so that a space is formed between the main packing and the collar. The collar allows the space to be opened toward the container when the collar moves away from the fixed position after the fixing state is removed. The sub packing is provided between an outer periphery of the collar and a boss portion.
