A bag container system for storing and dispensing bags has a first unit having a top end, a bottom end, and a side wall defining a first chamber adapted to contain one or more bags and a second unit having a top end, a bottom end, and a side wall defining a second chamber adapted to contain one or more bags. A connection mechanism releasably connects the bottom end of the first unit to the top end of the second unit, whereby the bag container system can operate as a single unit with dual chambers or as two separate units each with its own chamber. The chambers can contain and dispense reusable grocery and/or produce bags. Optionally, a wall mount may be provided to hold the first and second unit in a convenient location. A method of using the bag container includes connecting the bottom end of the first unit to the top end of the second unit, rotating the first unit to provide access to the first chamber, and disconnecting the first unit from the second unit to provide access to the second chamber.

A bagging station with a bag holder includes a box that encloses a bag dispenser. The bag holder is mounted at a bagging station in a retail store so the bag dispenser can hold and dispense shopping bags at the bagging station. The bag holder includes a rectangular box with a sliding door front that encases the bag dispenser and the shopping bags. The sliding door slides between a closed position and an open position. In the open position, the bag dispenser is accessible at the bagging station, and is used to dispense shopping bags. In the closed position, the bag dispenser and the shopping bags are enclosed in the bag holder. In the closed position, the shopping bags will not fall off the bag dispenser, or be stolen from the bag dispenser.

A bag container dispenser includes a bag container. The container is formed of resilient material and has a bottom, a top, first and second sides, a front, a back and a removable access panel. The access panel has a top segment that includes a portion of the top and a connected front segment. The front segment has a height that extends from the bottom to the top. Stacked bags are sized and shaped to fit within the bag container. Each of the bags has a front wall, a back wall, an open top and a closure mechanism. The bags are dispensable from the container through an opening provided by removal of the access panel which may have a removable cover. A dispenser rack has a horizontal platform sized and shaped to support the bag container. Peripheral guards extend upward from the platform and constrain movement of the container during dispensing.

Disclosed is a shopping cart bagging station that couples to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a back plate. The center piece includes a bag holder hook that at least one shopping bag hangs from. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that an arm of the shopping bag hangs from. The back plate couples the bagging station to a shopping cart by securing a side of the shopping cart between the back plate and the center piece. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.

A shopping cart bagging station that couples to a shopping cart is described. The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a shopping cart coupler assembly. The center piece includes a bag holder hook that holds at least one shopping bag. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that holds the arms of one or more shopping bag. The first and the second handle arm assemblies slidingly insert into a hollow body of the center piece and are adjustably coupled to the center piece. The shopping cart coupler assembly couples the bagging station to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.

A bagging station with a bag holder is shown and described. The bag holder includes a box that encloses a bag dispenser. The bag holder is mounted at a bagging station in a retail store so the bag dispenser can hold and dispense shopping bags at the bagging station. The bag holder includes a rectangular box with a sliding door front that encases the bag dispenser and the shopping bags. The sliding door slides between a closed position and an open position. In the open position, the bag dispenser is accessible at the bagging station, and is used to dispense shopping bags. A dispensing system for mailing and other bags comprises a plurality of bags (10) arranged as a stack, each bag being frangibly connected along their upper side edge at (15) to a header (16), and a fastener (18) extending through the header (16) of each bag for securing the bags (10) together into an assembly, the system further comprising hanger (24) for supporting the bag assembly, the hanger (24) comprising a formation (26) arranged to engage a complimentary formation (20) on the rear of the fastener (18). The hanger (24) can be permanently fixed to a support structure and the assembly of bag (10) is then fitted to the hanger by engaging the formation (20) on the fastener with the complimentary formation (26) on the hanger (24). The bags (10) then hang from the hanger (24) in such a way that they can easily and singlehandedly be opened and detached by pulling them away from their header (16).

Described is a shopping bag distribution station can be used by customers to obtain shopping bags to bag their purchases as they shop. The disclosed shopping bag distribution station includes a shopping bag dispenser and a wire rack. The shopping bag dispenser holds shopping bags, and is hung from the wire rack in a retail store so the shopping bags in the shopping bag dispenser are available to customers as they shop. The shopping bag dispenser includes a box front portion and a back plate that couple together to form a rectangular enclosure for the shopping bags. The box front portion has a bag holder hook inside the enclosure that shopping bags are hung from. An opening in the box front portion allows access to the shopping bags hanging from the bag holder hook.
