CHANGEABLE FRAME
A changeable frame allows exhibits presented therein to be exchanged in a simplified manner. The frame includes a frame element surrounding a frame opening in which the exhibit is visible from an observer side. A recess in the frame element leads from a lateral outer surface to an opposite inner surface of the frame element and opens into the frame opening for insertion of the exhibit into and removal of the exhibit from the frame opening. A drawer slidably mounted in the recess has a receptacle for positioning the exhibit. The drawer is slidable between an insertion position, in which the exhibit is visible in the frame opening, and a removal position, in which the receptacle of the drawer is outside of the frame element for the removal of the exhibit from the receptacle.
System and Method for Displaying a Canvas at a Corner
A corner frame for a wall corner is disclosed. The frame can comprise a plurality of frames, one or more canvases mounted to the frames, and one or more mounts at the back surface of the frames. Each frame can be attached together side-by-side such that each of the frames are attached together at each of one or more folds. A method of displaying a canvas for an inner corner of a wall is also disclosed. The method comprises the steps attaching the canvas to a corner frame, and mounting the corner frame to the wall. The corner frame can comprise a plurality of frames, each together, side by side, and one or more mounts.
FRAME FOR A PLANAR DISPLAY PANE
A planar display pane assembly includes a frame assembly with a frame with first and second spaced apart and opposed second decorative with first and second openings to receive a planar display pane. A through opening is formed through the frame to view the planar display pane in either direction of the frame. The first opening is formed around the through opening. The second opening is formed around the through opening and facing away from the first opening. A first plurality of fasteners is formed about the first opening. A second plurality of fasteners is formed about the second opening. A plurality of retainers is sized to engage the first plurality of fasteners or the second plurality of fasteners to retain the planar display pane to the frame. The planar display pane is received within the first opening or the second opening.
DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR DECORATIVE MATERIAL AND ARTWORK
Display systems and methods are provided to utilize material, particularly needlework material such as canvas work or surface embroidered material, to mat or decoratively surround a piece of artwork for display. Such material is stretched and held in place by the display system so as to provide a desirable aesthetic result. The display systems are easily removable or changeable, allowing customization. Likewise, such display systems may be used with conventional frames.
Intelligent picture frame, and method for switching an image acquistion device therein
Embodiments of the disclosure disclose an intelligent picture frame, and a method for switching an image acquisition device in the intelligent picture frame. In this solution, there are a plurality of presentation states of the intelligent picture frame, where a plurality of image acquisition devices for finding a view in the respective presentation states are arranged on frame edges of the intelligent picture frame. An image acquisition device for finding a view is arranged separately on a frame edge of the intelligent picture frame in each presentation state, and when the intelligent picture frame in use transitions to whichever presentation state, switching can be made to the corresponding image acquisition device, so that there is a dedicated image acquisition device to find a view for the intelligent picture frame in whichever presentation state.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INTERCONNECTING AND HANGING PIECES OF MATERIAL
Systems and methods for interconnecting and hanging pieces of material are disclosed. The systems may include a kit including pieces of material, clips, and hanging elements. A clip may have a base with a planar front surface, and extending therefrom, a post and a retaining projection. A piece of material is configured to be coupled to the clip using the post and the retaining projection. A hanging element may have a base with a planar front surface, a planar back surface, and a straight rail extending from the planar front surface at a periphery of the base. A clip having a straight groove is configured to slidingly engage with the straight rail of the hanging element, and the planar back surface of the hanging element can be mounted to a structure.
