Picture frame
A picture frame used to receive a painting includes a front cover and a rear cover. The front cover has a front side and a surrounding wall enclosing the front side. The front cover forms a rear opening opposite to the front side and the front side is provided with a window. The rear cover is snapped around the rear opening of the front cover. The rear cover protrudes towards the window to form a rear frame in the front cover. The paining is clamped between the front cover and the rear frame and is exposed in the window.
Hanger device
A hanger is provided that remains relatively stable and does not rotate in a direction a hanging rod extends from which the hanger is suspended. The hanger comprises a top hook which is configured with multiple straight sides with adjacent straight sides connected at angles, wherein two adjacent sides are connected at an angle via a high point, wherein the high point is a highest point of the top hook. The two adjacent straight sides connected via the high point are arranged to contact the hanging rod on opposing sides when suspended from the hanging rod. The top hook is connected to one or more arms which are connected to base. The base includes a wavy portion which includes one or more peaks and one or more low points, wherein a first low point is configured at a midpoint of the base and the first low point is in line with the high point of the top along a centerline.
Frame with interchangeable panels
A frame for the interchangeable and selective display of panels of artwork or text, where at least one interior surface of the frame defines a cavity in which one or more panels may be disposed, and channels are formed on the interior surface to receive a rod that slidably engages the channels to secure and accessibly store one or more panels within the frame. Also disclosed is a technique for disposing one or more panels within a frame for display and securing the one or more panels by advancing a rod along channels to exert force against the one or more panels.
Covered furnishing elements and methods of making same
Furnishing elements which include a frame having at least a first and a second wall incident to each other so as to identify an edge, at least one covering associated with and superposed on said frame so as to cover at least partially said walls and said edge are provided. The frame, in correspondence with said edge, may include an attachment element which delimits an attachment seat open in the vicinity of said first and second wall, wherein the covering includes at least two flaps folded and inserted inside the attachment seat, and wherein said attachment seat locks the flaps on the inside against the inner walls of the seat itself. Corresponding methods for covering furnishing elements are also provided.
Hanging frame assembly
An article for hanging on a support surface includes a substrate having a first end and a second end. The article includes a pair of rails with each rail including a recessed channel that extends in a longitudinal direction. A pair of splines is provided with each spline including a raised ridge that extends in a longitudinal direction. The raised ridge is inserted into the recessed channel. The article also includes a first pair of end caps. An elongated hanging element passes through the slots of the first pair of end caps. Wherein in an assembled state, one rail and one spline are disposed adjacent one another such that the raised ridge is at least partially inserted into the recessed channel and the substrate is captured within the recessed channel and the first pair of end caps are disposed over opposite ends of the one rail and one spline to join and hold the one rail and one spline against one another with the substrate captured therebetween.
Automated system for assembling framed articles
An automated system for assembling a framed article including a plurality of canvases and a plurality of assembled frames to be combined with the plurality of canvases to form the framed articles. Each assembled frame is formed of a rear panel and a frame member that are detachably attached to one another with one canvas being stretched across a front face of the frame member. The automated system includes an assembly station including a movable presser head that is configured to detach and lift the rear panel from the frame member and a plurality of movable side guide fingers that are configured to fold side edges of the canvas over sides of the frame member to permit the presser head to press the rear panel down over the folded side edges of the canvas into engagement with the frame member with the canvas being captured between the frame member and the rear panel.
MODULAR FRAMING SYSTEM
A modular framing system comprises plastic components that each comprise a single article having unitary construction and which are connectable to form various sized SEG frames. Four unitarily molded corner frame connections each include protrusions receivable by at least four side rails, each of which may be unitarily extruded with a constant profile along the respective lengths of the side rails. The interconnected corner frame connections and side rails define a continuous conduit about the quadrilateral frame for receiving therein respective edges of the tensionable textile. For use with larger tensionable textiles, additional side rails and T-frame connections may be utilized, with each of the T-frame connections comprising a single molded article having unitary construction. At least the frame connections (both corner frame connections and T-frame connections) may be reused for frames of other sizes.
MURAL
The invention relates to a mural adapted to be selectively displaced between a disassembled condition and an assembled condition. The mural comprises a first sub-frame and plurality of second sub-frames for defining a mural depicting a particular image, the mural being defined by attaching at least one second sub-frame to the first sub-frame, the first sub-frame comprising a frame having a support surface for receiving a particular portion of the image depicted by the mural, and at least one side comprising first attachments means for attachment of at least one of the second sub-frames having another portion of the image depicted by the mural attached to a support surface of the second sub-frames to define the mural depicting the particular image.
PRE-ASSEMBLED CANVAS FOR PAINTING OR PRINTING
The invention provides a canvas for painting or printing. More specifically, it is a pre-assembled structure which allows flat storage and transportation. It is easy to assemble and has supports with different thicknesses. It has a support for painting or printing and an integrated frame.
Canvas with support
The present disclosure is directed to a framed canvas. The framed canvas includes a frame including at least two sides, each of the at least two sides including a front surface and a rear surface, the rear surface of at least one of the at least two sides including a cavity, a canvas sheet contacting each of the at least two sides, and at least one support, the at least one support including a first end and a second end, the first end configured to extend into the cavity, the second end configured to contact a base.
