To provide a food dough spreading method for gradually spreading food dough to make it thinner by supplying the food dough between a plurality of spreading rollers in a spreading unit in which the spreading rollers are arranged in a V-shape. By adjusting a distance between a pair of vibration applying members provided between the spreading rollers arranged in a V-shape, a width dimension of the food dough flowing out from the spreading unit (25) is adjusted, and the vibration applying members are reciprocatively vibrated in a longitudinal direction of the spreading rollers at a position where the width dimension is adjusted. The reciprocative vibration of the pair of vibration applying members is vibration in a direction of approaching and separating from each other.

By changing the axis of rotation of the semi solid material portion in the working length of the variable contour rounding bar one can improve the rounding and avoid blemishes and deformities that occur to the surface of the semi solid material portion in existing devices.

The present invention relates to a funnel for dough or dough ingredients, comprising at least one funnel wall, extending from a receiving opening to a dispensing opening and comprising containing means for a removable lining, at least one removable lining, corresponding with the shape and area of said funnel wall and comprising positioning means for positioning the lining with respect to the funnel wall, wherein the positioning means are adapted for at least limiting a movement of the lining with respect to the funnel in a direction from the receiving opening toward the dispensing opening in at least one respective mutual orientation of the funnel wall and the lining.
STRUCTURE OF DOUGH PREPARATION MACHINE
A dough preparation machine includes a power unit, which drives, through rotational speed mechanism, a helical screw shaft that extends into a dough chamber so that the dough is compressed and pushed through rotation of the helical screw shaft to be discharged out of a jet nozzle mounted to the dough chamber. The dough chamber is provided, at a location above the helical screw shaft, with an auxiliary dough driver, which includes two movable blades that are opposite to each other and are selectively extendable outward and retractable inward. When one of the movable blades passes through a circular sidewall of dough chamber, it is pressed by the sidewall to get retracted inwardly and at the same time causing another one of the movable blades to extend outward to knead and poke dough. This process is cyclically repeated to efficiently knead the dough and prevent attachment of the dough.

A device for preparing extrudable food products includes a working chamber configured to house ingredients in operation of the device, an extrusion die, a rotation shaft configured to stir the ingredients and extrude the food products through the extrusion die, and a driving system by which the rotation shaft is driven. The driving system is configured to separate the extrusion by at least one time period during which the rotation shaft rotates in a first direction which is opposite to a second direction in which the rotation shaft rotates to extrude the food products. Therefore, build-ups inside the working chamber can be removed by the sticky dough hit and/or lifted by the stirring bars on the rotation shaft when the rotation shaft rotates reversely.
