The present invention relates to a method and device for mounting pictures, art, and other images on a wall or other mounting surface by creating a receptacle on the back of a foamcore image or an image printed or placed on other solid core medium wherein the receptacle fits onto a mounting plate that is attached to the mounting surface.

A repositionable frame system includes a repositionable wall mount configured for being repositionably secured to a support surface. The repositionable wall mount includes a first magnetic element. The system further includes a frame having a rear face that includes a second magnetic element that is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic element resulting in a magnetic coupling between the frame and the repositionable wall mount.

A universal hanging mount includes a first substrate having a front face and a rear face. A mounting plate is coupled to the front face. The mounting plate has a rear face that is in contact with the front face of the first substrate and an opposite front face. A plurality of hanging adapters that are formed along the front face of the mounting plate. A wall mounting apparatus including a first prism and a second prism. The first prism includes a first surface and a second surface, the first surface being parallel to the second surface. The first surface further includes a first aperture extending through the first surface and the second surface. The shape of the first aperture can include a semicircular arch. The present invention relates to a mounting dock for the display frame of a document or picture, able to be affixed to a support wherein said mounting dock comprises one or several magnetic means intended to hold the frame pressed to said dock in the horizontal position, said magnetic means being engaged in at least one housing made in the dock and retention means intended to support the frame in the vertical position.

One embodiment provides a mounting structure including a hook member to be mounted on a mount member, and a mounting member. A base part of the hook member protrudes from the front side of the mount member. In the mounted state, a locking part of the hook member locks with a back rim of a mounting hole. An operation part of the mounting member is operated during the mounting on the mount member. An engaging part of the mounting member can engage with the locking part at the back side of the mount member. The mounted state is achieved by sliding, via an operation applied to the operation part, the mounting member substantially parallel to a front surface or a back surface of the mounting hole, such that the engaging part engages with the locking part.

A wall-mounting brace for mirrors, artwork, and similar objects is a device that is utilized to secure an object such as a mirror to a surface such as a wall. The device features an elongated brace that is used to hold the top of the mirror to the wall while the bottom of the mirror is held in place with a fastener such as a J-channel. A plurality of fastener holes present on a mounting plate of the elongated brace is utilized to secure the elongated brace to the surface. The mirror is held in place on the surface by a retention plate and a connector plate of the elongated brace. A cover plate is utilized to selectively cover and uncover the plurality of fastener holes. The cover plate may be hingedly attached to the elongated brace or removable from the elongated brace altogether.

Various example embodiments disclosed herein include systems and methods for a wall hanging system. Example embodiments include: a wall mount formed with a longitudinally elongated body having upper and lower ends and a wall-facing surface, the upper end being formed with a longitudinal rail for engaging a channel in a frame member, the wall mount including an attachment mechanism to attach the wall mount to a wall surface, the wall mount further including an embedded leveling indicator to enable level attachment of the wall mount to the wall surface; and a frame including at least one frame member, each frame member being formed with a first longitudinal channel for engaging the rail of the upper end of the wall mount, each frame member being formed with a second longitudinal channel for engaging an edge of a wall hanging item inserted into the frame.
