MIRROR DEVICE FOR OBSERVING A PERSON IN A MIRROR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MIRROR DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR OBSERVING A PERSON IN A MIRROR DEVICE
A mirror device (1) for observing a person (2) in a mirror. The mirror device comprises a light source (3), a screen (4) for blocking direct light between the person (2) and the light source (3), a reflector (5) for reflecting the light produced by the light source (3), and at least one observation region (6), in which the person (2) can observe himself/herself. The screen (4) is arranged between the person and the light source in such a way that no direct light reaches the person (2). The reflector (5) is arranged substantially in a plane with the observation region (6) and thus forms a wing and/or the observation region is part of the screen (4), such that the reflector (5) can be arranged laterally during observation by the person. The reflector (5) has a diffuser surface (8) which scatters the incident radiation from the light source (3).
DETACHABLE SELF-SUPPORTING DISPLAY DEVICE
A device comprising a base having a first top surface and a first bottom surface, a first magnetic or similar component, and a first attachment component; a cover having a second top surface and a second bottom surface, a first magnetic or similar coupling component, and a second attachment component, the second bottom surface configured to mate with the first top surface; wherein the first and second magnetic components are placed so as to hold the cover onto the base and to act as a swivel hinge, and wherein the first and second attachment components are configured to engage the base to the cover when the device is in an open position.
Mounting device for attaching a display device, a picture frame, or the like to a supporting structure
A mounting device for attaching an object to a supporting structure includes a first member including at least one first magnet and a projection, the first member configured to be attached to a supporting structure, a second member including at least one second magnet and a recess to receive the projection, the at least one second magnet configured to be attracted to the at least one first magnet, and an electromagnet selectively operable to provide magnetic force to couple the first and second members together. A method of mounting an electronic display to a supporting structure also is disclosed.
Decorative Element Display System
The present display system enables the display and rearrangement of one or more decorative elements on a base structure to create a decorative arrangement that can be easily and selectively adjusted to move or rotate the decorative elements. The display system generally comprises an attachment assembly mounted on a base structure and supporting a decorative element support. An angular adjustment lock and a lateral adjustment lock permits the decorative element support to rotate and translate relative to the base structure. The base structure comprises one or more mounts arranged on a face of the base structure. The mounts receive and support one or more attachment assemblies. Using the present display system, multiple decorative elements can be adjusted to create aesthetically pleasing compositions of complementary or connected decorative elements.
Rotating art frame
A rotating frame apparatus for a painting or other rectangular plane-based medium allows compact, rotational rendering of a display piece for viewing from multiple perspectives. A rotational hub adapts to wall or horizontal mounting, and includes adjustable, opposed pairs of arms that attach to stretcher bars or a perimeter of the rectangular piece. Fixation members secure the arms at the prescribed length while remaining hidden behind the display piece. The arms terminate in an attachment member that doubles as a handle and standoff to facilitate rotation and maintain a distance from a wall or mounting surface.
