Each mounting clip is formed from a flat plate 5 and is provided with a rear side 7 with which the mounting clip is in contact with the wall during use. Each mounting clip is provided with cams 11 and 13 protruding at the front 9. The hanging rail 3 is an extrusion profile of which a part 3a has a cross-section that is C-shaped and is provided with two spaced apart edge parts 15 and 17. The top edge part 15 hooks behind the top cam 11 and the bottom edge part 17 is clicked over the bottom cam 13. Each clip is furthermore provided with two bent nails 19 which protrude at the rear side 7 and which can be pressed into the soft wall, wherein parts 9b of the front form pressure surfaces.
A HANGING ITEM
A hanging item (50) configured for hanging on a mounting surface such as a wall, the hanging item (50) comprises a substantially planar back surface (51), the back surface (51) comprises a mounting hole (1), the mounting hole (1) comprises at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14) and a first insertion hole (10), the width of the at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14) is smaller than a cross sectional size of the first insertion hole (10), wherein the mounting hole (1) comprises a second insertion hole (11), the first insertion hole (10) and second insertion hole (11) are positioned opposed each end of the at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14), the first insertion hole 10 and the second insertion hole (11) communicate with the at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14), the first and second insertion holes are adapted for entry of a protruding support member, such as a bolt, and the at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14) adapted for the protruding support member to be slide from an insertion hole along the length of the at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14) to a resting point (20) the side surface of the at least one oblong rectilinear slot, the at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14) extends horizontally when in use condition, the mounting hole (1) is adapted to allow the hanging item to be slide sideways horizontally into hanging position, where a protruding support member rests at the at least one oblong rectilinear slot (14).
Articulating vanity mirror assembly
A first center mirror and a second mirror are each suspended from a main bracket. The second mirror is pivotally connected to a bar which pivotally attaches to the main bracket and also to the second mirror. A third mirror is optionally pivotally connected to an arm pivotally attached to the main bracket. The first mirror is also preferably pivotally attached to an arm which is itself pivotally attached to the main bracket. An adjustably positionable top mirror can also be mounted to the main bracket. A close-up auxiliary mirror can be suspended from one of the other mirrors. Bushings support the arms upon the main bracket and support the mirrors upon the arms, with the bushings including a detent system to hold the mirrors in predefined positions. A person can stand multiple places and have mirrors positioned about the person for viewing different sides at each place.
Adjustable Picture Hanging and Hook System
This invention provides a hanger for supporting pictures, mirrors or other objects on a wall. Specifically, this invention allows a person to nail the hanger to the wall and if relatively minor adjustments are needed, to remove a screw cap on the nail, remove the hanger and reattach the hanger to the wall using another hole on the hanger that best approximates the desired position, then put the cap back on the nail and screw the cap tight. In another embodiment, spacers can be attached to the hanger so that additional hangers can form a larger hanger and then placed back on the wall through the nail already in place that best approximates the position. Additional nails can then be inserted into some of the other hanger's holes to provide additional support, strength and leveling.
Suspended segmented display array with low visibility hardware
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to segmented display arrays, methods of assembling the same, and components thereof. In one embodiment, a segmented display array comprises wall-mounted first and second standoff members, each standoff member having a wall attachment base and first and second standoff arms extending therefrom. The segmented display array embodiment further comprises a first elongated member segment coupled to each of the first and second standoff members via the associated standoff arms, a second elongated member segment coupled to each of the first and second standoff members via the associated standoff arms, and display panels coupled to each of the first and second elongated member segments.
Mounting Assembly
A mounting assembly is provided comprising at least one elongate mount comprising a longitudinal recess extending at least partially therealong; and a length of compressible material that is complimentary with said longitudinal recess and adapted to be received in frictional engagement therein, thereby securely retaining a sheet of material positioned in said longitudinal recess
Hanging frame assembly
An article for hanging on a support surface includes a substrate having a first end and a second end. The article includes a pair of rails with each rail including a recessed channel that extends in a longitudinal direction. A pair of splines is provided with each spline including a raised ridge that extends in a longitudinal direction. The raised ridge is inserted into the recessed channel. The article also includes a first pair of end caps. An elongated hanging element passes through the slots of the first pair of end caps. Wherein in an assembled state, one rail and one spline are disposed adjacent one another such that the raised ridge is at least partially inserted into the recessed channel and the substrate is captured within the recessed channel and the first pair of end caps are disposed over opposite ends of the one rail and one spline to join and hold the one rail and one spline against one another with the substrate captured therebetween.
