A frame reinforcement hanger apparatus for reinforcing and hanging picture frames includes a set of three brackets each comprising a bracket back side, a perpendicular extension, and a lip. A template kit for assisting with the drilling of holes and the mounting of objects to a planar surface. The template kit includes an impactor, a plurality of punch heads removably securable to the impactor, and a sheet of material having a first side and a second side.
