Flower Pot Mounting Assembly
A flower pot mounting assembly for mounting a flower pot to a hand rail includes a gripping unit that is positionable to extend substantially around a hand rail of a deck railing such that the gripping unit is secured to the hand rail. A stem is coupled to and extends upwardly from the gripping unit. A spike is positionable on the stem such that the spike extends upwardly from the stem thereby facilitating the spike to pass through a drain hole in a flower pot. In this way the flower pot is secured to the hand rail to inhibit the flower pot from being blown over by wind.
DISPLAY CLIPS
Display clips are disclosed that may include a front plant-receiving upper hoop and a lower support base for supporting the plant or other article. The display clips also include rear first and second opposing spring clamps that allow the display clips to be removably mounted on railings between adjacent spindles. The first and second opposing spring clamps and at least one of the upper hoop and the lower support base may be made of a single piece of rod. For installation, the first and second opposing spring clamps may be drawn together to elastically deform the display clip to allow the opposing spring clamps to fit between the adjacent spindles. Once between the spindles, the opposed spring clamps can be released to spring back to engage the spindles in order to secure the display clip on the railing. The opposing spring clamps may have resilient bumpers mounted thereon to cushion and help hold the display clip on the railing spindles.
Personalized desktop organizer
A plurality of desktop organizers, which helps users select and optimally arrange desktop organizers on desktops in a personalized manner. The core components of the invention are a plurality of desktop organizers each having a base, an overlay and magnets as temporary fasteners, where the overlays are configured for storing different office implements, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: the dimensions of the desktop organizers promote coupling the organizers, ensuring alignment when brought to close to each other; the magnets are located on the sides of the desktop organizers such that they align with one another; and, a set of overlays, one for each type of office implement, fitting over the top of the desktop organizers. The invention can be used to select and arrange desktop organizers in a personalized manner that promotes optimal use of the surface of a desk.
Hub member and supporting arms for a pole mounted assembly
A hub and arm assembly for mounting on a pole, the assembly including a hub having an inner wall and an outer wall with at least one reinforced area formed thereon, the inner wall having a bottom surface, a plurality of transversely extending walls extending between the outer wall and the inner wall with at least one channel being defined therebetween, a supporting member having a vertical segment sized to fit within the channel, and a support arm extending outwardly from the vertical segment, the support arm having a downwardly extending segment designed to abut the reinforced portion of the outer wall.
POTTED PLANT HANGER
A decorative pot may be filled with soil and decorative plants and hung at a non-perpendicular angle on the side of a larger pot. By hanging at an angle, the decorative plants within the decorative pot are displayed outwards to a viewer, and also serve to obscure both the decorative pot itself as well as some or all of the larger pot, such as the sidewall and rim. Displaying decorative plants and obscuring the sidewall and rim of the larger pot reduces the need to select the larger pot based upon factors such as material, quality, and design, which can all greatly influence the cost of the larger pot. The particular angle of display can be adjusted by providing adjustable or variably sized hangers and spacers.
Growing System
Growing systems including double-walled growing devices, and methods of making and using the same are provided. Growing devices include two sheets of material, a sprouting layer and a rooting layer, strategically bonded together to form containers for growing plants. Each container includes openings in the layers to allow the plants to grow out of their containers and to allow roots to access water through the rooting layer. The two layers can be formed into a cylinder where the center of the cylinder provides a channel for watering such that the roots grow into that channel. Deployed as a flat sheet of containers, the device can include a third layer to provide a water channel between the rooting layer and the third layer. Growing systems include the device and can also include a system to provide water thereto, and an enclosure around the device for providing an overpressure.
Flower pots support modular system
A flower pot support assembly includes a rectangular panel defining a few windows. The support is engaged and retained into a corresponding panel window via lateral flange grooves. An arcuate seat is made integral to the panel window periphery and abuttingly cooperates with a corresponding flower pot support and associated window edge sloping ramps for flower pot support sliding and tilting engagement within the panel window, all in such a way as to releasably lock the flower pot support in nesting condition inside the panel window with the support member mouth facing upwardly.

INTERCHANGEABLE HANGER MOUNTING SYSTEM
A hanger assembly includes a first decorative element and a mounting base. The decorative element has a first surface and a first elongated mounting plate joined thereto in a plane perpendicular to the first surface. The base has a rear surface fastenable to a vertical surface, a first sidewall, and a front surface within which is formed a recessed slot having a substantially T-shaped cross-section. The recessed slot extends from an open end in the first sidewall to a fixed stop formed in the mounting base and slidably receives the mounting plate. The mounting base may be used with a variety of interchangeable multi-themed decorations or plant hangers.
ADJUSTABLE HOLDING MECHANISM
An adjustable holding mechanism is disclosed. The holding mechanism comprises of a retention portion having a first arm and a second arm. The second arm has a jaw coupling that is configured to secure the retention portion. The holding mechanism further has a platform, having a support bracket that is slidably connected to the first arm. The holding mechanism further has a movable tray that is coupled to the platform. The movable tray comprises of a plurality of telescopic poles that are configured to retract or extend the movable tray. Further, a seating surface installed over the plurality of telescopic poles, via one or more resting slots to secure the seating surface over the plurality of telescopic poles. The movable tray further has a plurality of cross beams that are configured to secure the movable tray within the support bracket.
