12201221 · 2025-01-21 ·

A bedding system comprises an anchor assembly and a comforter to provide optimal sleep experience and minimize the effort of making of a bed for sleep. The anchor assembly is formed to box in a mattress with the comforter installed on the front face of the mattress. Various types of adjustable anchors are attached to an anchor band of the anchor assembly and connect to the comforter along two longitudinal sides and a bottom side of the mattress so that the comforter can stay tucked on the mattress at all times. The anchors allow a user to make adjustments of tightness of the comforter to achieve ultimate comfort and high-quality sleep while the user is tucked in during sleep. The bedding system provides efficient connections between the anchors and the comforter, and/or a fitted sheet, thus facilitating easy disconnection of the system for washing and/or replacement.

A method is for filling a fillable portion of a garment to be padded to obtain a padded garment, such as a garment or blanket. A cashmere fiber mass is fed towards a carding station. The cashmere fiber mass is mechanically opened and blended in the carding station by a carding machine to obtain a staple cashmere fiber. The staple cashmere fiber exiting from the carding station is fed towards a beating station. The staple cashmere fiber is cleaned in the beating station by cleaning air flow adapted to cross and inflate the staple cashmere fiber to remove residual impurities and dust from the staple cashmere fiber. The staple cashmere fiber exiting from the beating station is fed towards an injecting station and injected into the fillable portion by a pusher for introducing the staple cashmere fiber into the fillable portion to obtain the padded garment.

WADDING

The present invention relates to wadding in which short fibers (A) having a single fiber fineness (a) of 0.001-1.0 dtex make up 5-90 mass % of the total mass of the wadding. Measured in accordance with JIS L 1096 Warmth Retention Method A (Constant-Temperature Method):2010, a 89% or higher warmth retention ratio is obtained in test items made by stuffing 100 g of the wadding substantially evenly into a pouch-shaped cover produced by layering two pieces of 45 cm-length 100% cotton fabric squares and thereafter sewing shut the opening of the pouch-shaped cover. By means of the present invention, it is possible to provide wadding which has excellent softness and bulkiness and which is ideal for use in down jackets, duvets or other bedding.

Stuffed article

This stuffed article (1) of the present invention is made of ticking (2a, 2b) filled with a stuffing. The stuffing is a long-fiber wad (8) formed by integrating an effect yarn with a core yarn. The effect yarn is opened to form loop-like fibers. A plurality of strings of the long-fiber wad (8) are arranged in parallel in at least one direction, and sewn to the ticking so as to be integrated with the ticking. The long-fiber wad in the stuffed article is fixed to the ticking, and the effect yarn is integrated with the core yarn. Therefore, the present invention can provide a stuffed article where the displacement of the long-fiber wad is limited even after repeated washing, the wad is less concentrated, and the bulkiness is high.
