USE OF CONTINUOUS FILAMENT NONWOVEN FABRICS TO PREVENT THE ESCAPE OF DOWN IN TEXTILE PRODUCTS FILLED WITH DOWN
20170130378 · 2017-05-11 ·

A use of a nonwoven fabric made of continuous filaments for preventing the escape of down from a textile product filled with down, wherein the nonwoven fabric is obtained by a spinning method, in which multi-component fibers are deposited to form a nonwoven, whereby the multi-component fibers are split into continuous filaments with a titer of less than 0.15 dtex and the nonwoven is mechanically bonded to form a nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric not being thermally or chemically bonded over the surface.

BONDING STRUCTURE OF FABRIC AND PROCESSED FABRIC ARTICLE HAVING THE SAME

Disclosed are a structure for bonding a fabric, and a processed fabric article having the same. The structure includes: a first fabric; a second fabric; and a bonding member, wherein attachment surfaces attached with the first fabric and the second fabric, respectively, and sewing lines spaced apart from the attachment surfaces, and sewed in a state of being in contact with center portions of the attachment surfaces are sequentially formed from both ends toward an inner side with respect to a center axis in a longitudinal direction of the bonding member.

QUILT FORMED IN TWO SEPARATE PARTS WHICH CAN BE JOINED TOGETHER
20170095095 · 2017-04-06 ·

The disclosed Quilt is in two Parts, each Part having a level of insulation which is independent of the other Part. For example, one Part can be extremely warm, and the other Part can be extremely cool. Both Parts can then be joined together to form a Quilt. When juxtaposed the two separate Parts of the Quilt, are a reverse image of each other, sharing both Negative and Positive componentry of a joiner. In this instance a Hook and Loop fastener is sewn into the joining Channel Wall of each Part. The Hook Fastener tape is sewn along one half of the edge of the joining Channel Wall to the middle of the Channel Wall, and the other half of the joining Channel Wall is sewn with a Loop Fastener tape. This arrangement permits both Parts can be purchased separately, and joined together allowing the individual to choose their own level of thermal resistance independently, whilst still being joined up with another individual's chosen thermal resistance.

A woven chambray fabric, including a method and system for forming same includes a plurality of warp yarns, each warp yarn including natural fibers. The woven fabric includes a plurality of weft yarns interwoven with the plurality of warp yarns. Each weft yarn defines a weft yarn assembly that has a first weft yarn, a second weft yarn that extends alongside the first weft yarn, and a plurality of consolidation regions where the first weft yarn and the second weft yarn are coupled to each other. The first weft yarn is a spun staple yarn that includes natural fibers and the second weft yarn is a dyed continuous filament yarn. The second weft yarn is dyed a color that is different from a color of the first weft yarn and each warp yarn so as to define the woven chambray fabric.
