A new or alternative swaddling garment that swaddles infants by sufficiently restraining movement of the limbs to suppress the startle reflex, yet allowing movement of hand to mouth thereby facilitating non-nutritive sucking and allowing the infant to self-soothe by sucking the hands or the fabric of the garment.
Combination pillow and sleeping bag or blanket or comforter
A combination pillow and sleeping bag is described. The combination pillow and sleeping bag is configurable between a first configuration and a second configuration. The combination pillow and sleeping bag includes a first pillow portion and a second pillow portion detachably coupled to the first pillow portion. The second pillow portion defines a cavity. The combination pillow and sleeping bag also includes a sleeping bag having a first end coupled to the first pillow portion and a second end coupled to the second pillow portion. When in the first configuration, the first and second pillow portions are coupled together and the sleeping bag is positioned within the cavity of the second pillow portion. When in the second configuration, the first and second pillow portions are detached from one another and spaced apart such that the sleeping bag extends between the first and second pillow portions.
Infant sleep bag and swaddling apparatus
An infant sleep bag, comprising a main body including multiple fixing points and arm or wing portions arranged on either side of the main body, wherein respective arm or wing portions include fixing means to engage with respective ones of the multiple fixing points, whereby to enable the arm or wing portions of the bag to be placed into selected ones of multiple configurations.

A combination pillow and sleeping bag is described. The combination pillow and sleeping bag is configurable between a first configuration and a second configuration. The combination pillow and sleeping bag includes a first pillow portion and a second pillow portion detachably coupled to the first pillow portion. The second pillow portion defines a cavity. The combination pillow and sleeping bag also includes a sleeping bag having a first end coupled to the first pillow portion and a second end coupled to the second pillow portion. When in the first configuration, the first and second pillow portions are coupled together and the sleeping bag is positioned within the cavity of the second pillow portion. When in the second configuration, the first and second pillow portions are detached from one another and spaced apart such that the sleeping bag extends between the first and second pillow portions.
Blanket for Newborns and Infants
The present invention is a blanket for newborns and infants that includes an outer cover, a first bumper, a second bumper, and a third bumper. The outer cover has a top sheet and a bottom sheet. The top sheet is sewn to the bottom sheet. The first bumper, the second bumper, and the third bumper have a plurality of panels joined to form a tubular bag sized to house an amount of a filler material therein. The filler material is charged into the tubular bag. The tubular bag is securely closed after the tubular bag is filled with the filler material such that the filler material remains within the tubular bag during use. The first bumper and the second bumper are secured respectively to two opposite sides of the outer cover. The first bumper and the second bumper are in spaced parallel relationship so as to provide a centrally disposed confinement area on the outer cover. The third bumper positioned between the first bumper and the second bumper is secured to the outer cover.
INFANT SWADDLING
Infant swaddling allows an infant to be comfortably and easily swaddled. The swaddling includes a pouch featuring a lower end that can be opened and closed to allow an infant's soiled diaper to be easily removed and replaced or to take a rectal temperature. The swaddling can include a blanket that comprises a first blanket flap and a second blanket flap and that can be removably attached to the pouch. The swaddle is used by placing one of the blanket flaps over the pouch, and then placing the other blanket flap over the pouch.
INFANT SWADDLING
Infant swaddling allows an infant to be comfortably and easily swaddled. The swaddling includes a pouch featuring a lower end that can be opened and closed to allow an infant's soiled diaper to be easily removed and replaced or to take a rectal temperature. The swaddling can include a blanket that comprises a first blanket flap and a second blanket flap and that can be removably attached to the pouch. The swaddle is used by placing one of the blanket flaps over the pouch, and then placing the other blanket flap over the pouch.
SUFFOCATION-PREVENTING BLANKET
A suffocation-preventing blanket, including a main body to receive at least a portion of a body of a baby thereupon, and a plurality of gloves disposed on at least a portion of the main body to store hands of the baby therein.
Swaddling blanket and pouch combination
A swaddling blanket and pouch combination (SBPC) (10) that allows an infant to be comfortably and easily swaddled. The blanket (12) is comprised of a right blanket flap (28) and a left blanket flap (46) and includes a designated area to which is removably attached the pouch (70). The pouch features a lower end (78) which includes an opening and closing means that allows an infant's soiled diaper to be easily removed and replaced or to take a rectal temperature. The SBPC (10) is used by first placing the left blanket flap (46) over the pouch (70), which is then followed by placing the right blanket flap (28) over the pouch. The right and left blanket flaps (28,46) as well as the pouch (70) are preferably held in place by hook and loop fasteners (88).
Childcare article of the baby bedding type
The invention relates to a bedding article for a baby, comprising a soft base (10) provided with an edge roll (20) secured to the base (10) and extending over at least part of the periphery thereof, said edge roll (20) being provided with a free end (25) that can be folded over onto the stomach of the baby. The edge roll (20) contains a tubular insert (30) having a complementary shape, which is designed to be heated and to progressively emit the heat received. The article also comprises a cloth for swaddling the baby and a cover (50). The cover is designed to partially cover at least the base and particularly the free end (25).
