Application of dispensing process in garments, sleeping bags and other sewn products
The present application provides a fabric layer, comprising: an outer layer on which a plurality of first connecting portions are arranged; and, an inner layer on which a plurality of second connecting portions are arranged, wherein the first connecting portions on the outer layer are bonded to the corresponding second connecting portions on the inner layer by dotted sol to form fabric layer connecting portions, so that a chamber is formed by every two adjacent fabric layer connecting portions, the outer layer and the inner layer to accommodate a stuffing. The present application further provides a sleeping bag comprising the fabric layer. With such an arrangement, windproof, waterproof and down-proof effects can be achieved.
SLEEPING BAG STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION APPARATUS
A sleeping bag storage and transportation apparatus (10; 110) includes a sack (12; 112), a sleeping bag (28; 128) and a connection arrangement (30; 130) configured to connect the sleeping bag (28; 128) and the sack (12; 112). The sack (12; 112) has an internal pocket therein for stowing the sleeping bag (28; 128) and one or more carry strap (36) to facilitate carrying of the apparatus (10; 110) by a user. The apparatus (10; 110) is configurable between a stowed configuration in which the sleeping bag (28; 128) is stowed within the internal pocket of the sack (12; 112), and a deployed configuration in which the sleeping bag (28; 128) is removed from the internal pocket while still connected to the sack (12; 112) by the connection arrangement (30; 130).
ELECTROTHERMAL MATTRESS COVER
The present invention provides electrothermal mattress cover, electrothermal sleeping bag/mattress cover, and temperature control sleeping bag. The electrothermal mattress cover comprises a cloth cover and a heating sheet; the cloth cover at least covers or wraps the upper surface of the heating sheet; the cloth cover is provided with corner connecting pieces at its corners, for connecting the heating sheet; the heating sheet comprises a heating wire fixed within an interlayer between two adhesive tapes, and an outer cover wrapping the two adhesive tapes; the outgoing end of the heating wire goes through the tapes and the outer cover; the heating wire is bound to the outer cover by waterproof binding materials; and the outgoing end of the heating sheet is used for power connection.
BULK FILL MATERIAL
Among other things, the inventive subject matter generally relates to bulk fill materials suitable for an insulative or cushioning material. The bulk fill material consists of a plurality of discrete units comprising clusters or loose webs of fibers. The fibers consist of superfine fibers and/or fibers in a range of 1 to 5 denier; the fibers being entangled to form the clusters or loose webs. In some embodiments the clusters or webs are multinode fiber structures that mimic natural down. The inventive subject matter is also directed to related methods of production.
Sleeping bag with top flap
A sleeping bag may include a top flap with a head opening for the user's head to fit through and the opening may form a comfortable seal around the user's neck. The top flap may transition over the user's shoulders, transition down underneath the user's head, and extend beyond the top of the user's head. Advantageously, the sleeping bag may offer a unique way to comfortably close the top of a sleeping bag to prevent air draft and heat loss. The sleeping bag may allow users to more comfortably sleep in multiple positions, including side sleepers, stomach sleepers, back sleepers, fetal sleepers, etc. The sleeping bag may provide a soft place to lay one's head while allowing the user to sleep in a position with their hands and arms above their shoulders, while still keeping them under cover of the top layer of the sleeping bag.
Heated Sleeping Bag
The present invention relates to an improved sleeping bag for use during camping, trekking or other adventures. The sleeping bag comprises a memory foam padding base structure that allows the users to comfortably sleep inside the sleeping bag. Additionally, the sleeping bag features a plurality of heating elements distributed in multiple sections of the sleeping bag. Each of the plurality of heating elements independently controlled by a user. The sleeping bag further includes a solar panel(s) and/or power supply cord(s) to charge the heating elements for operation. The improved design of the sleeping bag enhances the overall outdoor sleeping experience of the users.
Article of apparel convertible to a sleeping bag
An article of apparel convertible to a sleeping bag is comprised of a jacket having a body portion and a pair of detachable sleeves removably secured to respective shoulder portions of the portion by attachments. The body portion has an extendable waist section. The detachable sleeves have an elongated detachable closure extending longitudinally thereof to deploy the sleeve lengthwise whereby the pair of sleeves can be interconnected together to form a tubular leg pouch. The sleeves also have gussets extending from wrist bands thereof to expand when deployed. The top attachment zippers of the sleeves permit attachment of the tubular leg pouch to zipper fasteners in a lower edge of the extendable waist portion to form the sleeping bag.
PROTECTIVE SLEEPING BAG
A sleeping bag for an isolated and hygienic sleeping environment. The sleeping bag having a proximal end and a distal end. The sleeping bag includes a base sheet that extends along the length of the sleeping bag. The proximal end of the sleeping bag is configured as a pillow housing having an opening for receiving a pillow. A top sheet extends from the distal end up to near the pillow housing forming a bag. a cover sheet that extends from the top sheet and folds over the top sheet. Corners of the cover sheet can have a fastener that can be coupled to opposite side edges of the base sheet. A pouch coupled to the distal end such as the sleeping bag can be rolled into the pouch.
ADJUSTABLE SLEEPING BAG
A sleeping bag including an insulated tube open at a first longitudinal end and closed at a second longitudinal end, wherein the insulated tube has a bottom side and a top side. The sleeping bag includes an outer shell, an inner liner, and insulation material enclosed by the outer shell and the inner liner. The sleeping bag includes an expansion panel on the top with a narrower end positioned nearest the first longitudinal end, a wider end positioned nearest the second longitudinal end, and a zipper. The zipper includes first and second portions running longitudinally along the top of the sleeping bag on either side of the expansion panel and a zipper slider. The zipper slider zips the first and second portions of the zipper together to close the expansion panel and unzips the first and second portions of the zipper to open the expansion panel.
SLEEPING BAG WITH IMPROVED HEAT-RETAINING PROPERTY
Provided is a sleeping bag including a warmth-improving portion. The warmth-improving portion includes a first insulation layer located on one surface in an inward direction of a sleeping bag outer covering and configured to block an inflow of the cold from the outside, a first compressed fiber layer located on one surface of the first insulation layer, and a heat-retention layer located on one surface of the first compressed fiber layer. According to the present invention, since it is possible to block the cold from the outside and to prevent warmth inside from being released using a first insulation layer, heat-retaining performance may be maximized. Since heat is generated on the basis of steam outside and inside a sleeping bag using a heat-retention layer, it is possible to easily increase and maintain a temperature inside the sleeping bag without a separate heat source.
