Thermal insulating structure
The present invention relates to a thermal insulating structure including at least one baffle, to an article of wear and a sleeping bag including such a thermal insulating structure, and to a method for manufacturing such a thermal insulating structure. In some embodiments, the baffle includes a plurality of natural and/or synthetic down fibers and a plurality of low-melt fibers, wherein the low-melt fibers have been melted to the natural and/or synthetic down fibers by heating inside the baffle.
SLEEPING PAD WITH DUAL COATED BOTTOM SHEET AND CENTRAL LAYER
An inflatable sleeping pad or air mattress comprises an inflatable pad having a top layer and a bottom layer. At least one middle layer is disposed parallel to the top and bottom layers, and supported between the top layer and the bottom layer by a plurality of support baffles, wherein a first plurality of support baffles is disposed between the at least one middle layer and the top layer, and a second plurality of support baffles disposed between the at least middle one layer and the bottom layer. The sleeping pad further comprises an air inlet/outlet valve disposed on at least one of the inflatable pad top or bottom layers.
FOLDABLE CLOSED CELL FOAM SLEEPING PAD
A closed cell foam sleeping pad has a foldable configuration and can be folded accordion style. The sleeping pad's top and bottom surfaces have a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of indentations, wherein the protrusions and indentations are arranged at different locations on different but adjacent foldable sections of the sleeping pad body such that when the pad is folded accordion style, the protrusions nest into the indentations perfectly to give the sleeping pad a smaller packing density while at the same time providing the protrusions for added user comfort.
Girth-adjustable sleeping bag
A sleeping bag includes a top cover and bottom sheet. The bottom sheet can be secured to a sleeping pad and includes a sheet portion and lateral flaps connected to the sheet portion along opposite lateral edges of the sleeping pad when the bottom sheet is secured thereto. The top cover and lateral flaps enable attachment, detachment, and reattachment of the lateral flaps along their lateral edges to a top cover outer surface along corresponding attachment paths displaced medially from top cover lateral edges, enabling a top cover headward portion to assume wrapped and expanded configurations, and enabling conversion between those configurations. When wrapped, headward portions of the top cover outer surface, that are lateral of the attachment paths, are positioned against the sheet portion; when expanded, the lateral flaps and lateral portions of the top cover extend upward or laterally away from the sleeping pad lateral edges.
Therapeutic infant swaddling wrap
An infant wrap for swaddling an infant, including a base layer with a front surface having a rough texture and a rear surface having a soft texture, a pocket forming layer attached to the base layer to form a pocket with the base layer, the pocket forming layer having the rough texture at least on an inner surface facing the base layer, and configured to be detachably fastened to the base layer on at least one side of the pocket forming layer, a wire port formed proximate a bottom of the pocket forming layer to pass monitor wires therethrough, and a flap extending from one side of the base layer and having a same textured and soft surface arrangement as the base layer, and configured to fold over the pocket forming layer such that the surface of the flap having the rough texture faces inwardly toward the pocket forming layer.
Sleeping bag closure
A quilt usable as a sleeping bag has inner and outer sets of fasteners arranged on slanted paths from each side edge to the bottom edge and fasteners along the bottom edge. The fasteners hold the quilt in a wrapped, overlapping arrangement. With the fasteners engaged, pulling a draw cord across the quilt bottom edge gathers the bottom edge and forms a closed, wrapped footbox of the sleeping bag. A sheet for use with a sleeping bag quilt include two sets of fasteners arranged to engage corresponding fasteners on the quilt to attach the quilt to the sheet in an expanded-footbox arrangement. Pulling a draw cord across the quilt bottom edge gathers the bottom edge and forms a closed, expanded footbox of the sleeping bag.
Inflatable and reconfigurable products and methods of making same
Light weight, easily stowed in small spaces inflatable chairs, pads, and flotation devices all from a relatively simple combination of at least two inflatable drop stitch panels which can be held in position relative to each other by use of straps, or in other embodiments, by additional inflatable side panels which provide arms and support to hold the chair upright on the ground. Simple hinges can be used to connect the panels together in desired configurations, either as fixed deployments or as adjustable and convertible deployments, where in one deployment, the panels for a chair, and in another, a flat pad, which can be used as a float or as a ground pad for camping.
Container with a taper mechanism
A container with a taper mechanism, wherein the container is designed to be flexible and is provided for enclosing an object in the interior thereof, wherein the taper mechanism can pull together at least two pulling sides of a tapering surface of the container by means of at least one wire pull to reduce the circumference of the interior of the container, wherein the wire of the wire pull is alternately guided in spaced-apart wire pull guides arranged on the opposite pull sides along the pulling sides.
DOUBLE-WALLED SHELTER
A double walled shelter comprises a shelter support frame comprising a plurality of frame poles. The plurality of frame poles is configured for being arranged and interconnected in a predetermined manner forming the fabric wall support frame for the shelter. The shelter further comprises a first or outer fabric shelter covering configured for being removably coupled to and supportable by the fabric wall support frame forming an external fabric wall of the double walled shelter. A second or inner fabric shelter covering is configured for forming an internal wall of the double walled shelter and is permanently coupled to the first fabric shelter covering in a spaced apart relationship once the structure is erected.
Table top and skirt with foldable legs
A foldable table and table legs comprises a tabletop comprising a plurality of tabletop sections each of which are interconnected by a hinge mechanism allowing the tabletop fold into a small, compact package. Detachable and foldable legs are configured for coupling to a table skirt comprising four segments which fold down from a storage pocket on the underside of the tabletop. The foldable legs interconnect with the table skirt once it is folded down from its storage position. The tabletop and foldable legs may all be folded into a compact, portable and packable configuration.
