A cervical assist pillow, comprising, a lower back support portion having a wedge therein to accept a user's upper back and shoulders, an upper neck support portion adjacent the lower back support portion, the upper neck support portion having an extended height to support the users neck proximate a user's head and having a height to elevate the user's neck at a cervicomental angle between approximately 100 and 120 degree, a head support portion adjacent the upper neck support portion and having a concavity to accept the back of the user's head and a waist belt coupled to the lower back support portion at a first end and detachably couple-able to a user's midsection to prevent slippage from under the user's head and neck.

A position adjustment mechanism for a lifting balance device contains: a first cover and an adjustment device. The first cover includes at least one lifting balance device, and each of the at least one lifting balance device includes a first support, a second support intersected with the first support, and a first shaft configured to connected the first and second supports. The first support includes a first roller arranged on a first end thereof adjacent to the first cover and accommodated in a first track groove on the first cover. The first track groove has the adjustment device arranged therein opposite to the first roller, such that the adjustment device is adjustable to limit a highest lifting position of each of the first support and the second support.

A bed divider is disclosed that is positionable atop a mattress to extend between two partners in a co-sleeping arrangement. The bed divider includes a support column that acts a support post, two side arms removably securable to opposite sides of the support column, and a divider removably securable to a third side of the support column to extend generally perpendicularly from the side arms. The divider and the side arms can be composed, in part, of an antibacterial and hypoallergenic material, such that the transmission of infectious diseases may be reduced. The divider and the side arms are sized to fit into a pillowcase, thereby providing a protective layer that is removable and machine washable. The divider and side arms are detachable from the support column, such that each may fit easily into a storage bag.

A prone position pillow system has a head support portion, an elongated torso component with a cavity, and an insert pillow that can be inserted into the cavity to form an empty space below. The torso component includes a sagittal oriented face hole and an air tunnel having side openings sized and dimensioned to allow a patient to insert hands into the space below the face hole. A travel pillow rests on the head support portion to support a user's face. An adjustable leg elevation component and a cylindrical component support the user's legs in a comfortable position. A customizable travel pillow and a segmented rod are provided. The customizable travel pillow includes a cushion portion having an upper half and a lower half and a repositionable bendable rod. The repositionable bendable rod is removably nested between the upper half and the lower half of the cushion portion and retains its position until repositioned. The repositionable bendable rod causes the cushion portion to retain a shape. The segmented rod has multiple rigid segments, with bendable joints between the segments, for use with a travel pillow cushion.

Aspects herein relate to a wedge shaped lateral support cushion that facilitates a side resting position for a user. The wedge shaped lateral support cushion in accordance with aspects herein is a unitary structure that is configured to support the head and the upper torso area of the user. In order to provide a proper alignment of the user's body in the side resting position, the wedge shaped lateral support cushion comprises a nook that is configured to receive the shoulder of the user so that the user has full range of motion of the arm that corresponds to the shoulder that is in accommodated in the nook. As such, the user can remain in the side resting position for prolonged periods of time, and can perform activities such as side sleeping, cuddling with a partner, lounging, and the like.
