The extrusion machine (10) has a guidance (3) by which the at least one extrusion unit (10) is supported on the platform (2) and by which the at least one extrusion unit (10) is adjustable relative to the platform (2) and/or removable from the platform (2).
Food forming concept
The present invention relates to a food forming drum comprising a multitude of rows product cavities, each row comprising a multitude of product cavities, wherein the product cavities are provided as one or more at least partially porous members made from a porous material with interconnecting pores. The present invention further relates to a food forming apparatus comprising a food forming drum and a porous member. Additionally, the present invention relates to a movable unit to transport a drum and a method to change a drum or clean the food forming apparatus.
Product multiplying system and method of multiplying a product
A product multiplying system or a multiplier may divide a product into a plurality of units and may increase a number of units of the product that may be released into a receptacle. The product multiplying system or a multiplier may increase the number of units of the product by a factor of two and may not jam the products. The product multiplying system or a multiplier may match a rate of cuts per minute of a first divider and a second divider. A first set and a second set of a plurality of diagonal channels may guide the product toward a center discharge guide and toward an outside discharge guide, respectively. Additionally, the product may be divided and rounded prior to being transferred to the multiplier where the product may be dusted.

DEVICE FOR GUIDING AND SUPPLYING DOUGH TO A DOUGH PROCESSING OR TRANSPORTING MEANS
The invention relates to a device for guiding and supplying dough to a dough processing or transporting means comprising a receiving chamber with at least one belt conveyor comprising a conveyor belt forming at least part of a side wall of the receiving chamber. The receiving chamber is further provided with at least two sealing strips mounted at opposing side ends of the conveyor, wherein the sealing strips create a seal between the conveyor belt and an adjacent stationary wall forming another part of the side wall of the receiving chamber. The invention further relates to a chunker for subdividing dough into smaller parts comprising said device.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PORTIONING A DOUGH MASS
The invention relates to a device for portioning a dough mass, comprising a receiving chamber for holding said dough mass comprising a discharge opening, a pair of opposing rotary cutters provided at the discharge opening and arranged for rotation in mutually opposite directions, wherein each cutter comprises at least one blade rotatable around a rotary axis, which blade cooperates with the blade of the other cutter for cutting the dough mass into separate portions, and a release agent delivery system for applying a release agent onto the blades of the rotary cutters, wherein the release agent delivery system is configured for applying the release agent on opposing sides of each of the blades. The invention further relates to a release agent delivery system for use in such a device and a method for portioning a dough mass using such a device.
Rotary Dough Molding Machine
A rotary dough molding machine (10). The machine has a frame (6), a die roller (4) rotatably mounted to the frame (6), a knife (3) for scraping dough from the die roller (4), the knife (3) extending along the die roller (4), and a driver for moving the knife (3) between a scraping position and an inactive position, with the driver having a first drive (1) acting on the first end (31) of the knife (3) and a second drive (2) acting on the second end (32) of the knife (3). The first drive (1) and the second drive (2) can be actuated independently of each other.
Healthy layered cookie
The disclosure concerns a method for producing a layered cookie comprising at least one biscuit and a filling, the layered cookie containing 10 wt % to 25 wt % fat and 15 wt % to 40 wt % sugar, wherein the slowly-digestible-starch-over-total-available-starch ratio of the layered cookie is at least 31 wt %, the method including: forming a dough comprising a cereal flour, fat, sugar and at most 8 wt % added water relative to the total weight of the dough; molding the dough into the shape of a biscuit; baking the biscuit; and assembling the biscuit with a filling to form a layered cookie; wherein the cereal flour comprises refined cereal flour, in an amount of at least 21 wt % over the total weight of the dough, with a water absorption under 55% as measured by Brabender Farinograph.
Food Dough Extrusion Machine
A food dough extrusion machine (10). The machine has a platform (2) and at least one extrusion unit (1) supported by the platform (2). The extrusion machine (10) has a guidance (3) by which the at least one extrusion unit (10) is supported on the platform (2) and by which the at least one extrusion unit (10) is adjustable relative to the platform (2) and/or removable from the platform (2).
Rotary Dough Molding Machine
A rotary dough molding machine (10). The machine has a frame (6), a die roller (4) and a feed roller (5) rotatably mounted to the frame (6) and an adjuster that adjusts the gap between die roller (4) and feed roller (5), wherein one of the rollers (4, 5), is an adjustable roller, which is movable relative to the frame (6) by the adjuster. The adjusting has a first drive (1) acting on the first end (51) of the adjustable roller (5) causing a movement of said first end (51) in a first direction (x) transverse to the rotational axis (50) of the adjustable roller (5), and a second drive (2) acting on the second end (52) of the adjustable roller (5) causing a movement of said second end (52) in a second direction (x) that is essentially parallel to the first direction (x). The first drive (1) and the second drive (2) can be actuated independently of each other.
