A first fluid conduit connects a fluid inlet of the secondary connector to an upstream connector from the temperature-regulated article, and a second fluid conduit connects a fluid outlet of the secondary connector to a downstream connector of the temperature-regulated article. At least one thermal element is attached to one or more of the fluid conduits and arranged to heat or cool fluid flowing therewithin.

The pillow comprises an outer pillow cover and a pillow core, wherein the pillow core is detachably filled in the outer pillow cover. The outer pillow cover comprises a first fabric layer and a second fabric layer, and a first phase-change material layer is arranged on an inner surface of the first fabric layer. The pillow core comprises an elastic material layer and a second phase-change material layer arranged on an outer surface of the elastic material layer. When the second phase-change material layer is close to the first phase-change material layer, the pillow can provide an extremely strong cooling effect. When the second phase-change material layer is far away from the first phase-change material layer, the pillow can provide a moderate cooling effect.

The gusset is formed of an open cell construction. Compliant fill material is disposed within the cover.
