A comfortable inflatable pillow, manufactured to be affordably priced, designed to withstand the weather challenges associated with beaches, and other outdoor settings, by utilizing soft fabric that wicks away water and sheds sand, that has an attached pouch that can be filled with sand, or other weighted objects, to prevent the pillow from being blown around in windy conditions, that contains an internal pocket that can accommodate a tailor-made cooling and heating gel pack for hot or cold external temperatures, and that provides an optional incline position for added comfort when reading or surveying the landscape.

A neck pillow converter is disclosed. A fabric tube with openings at each end also has a zippered opening in the body of the tube. A sleeved garment can be easily and efficiently rolled up to form a single long fabric item, and inserted into the zippered opening, preventing it from unrolling or becoming rumpled and disorderly as would happen if the garment were simply pulled through the tube. An optional improvement is to make the tube out of highly elastic fabric which can accommodate a variety of garment sizes, keeping smaller garments in place while allowing the use of larger garments without excessive compression. In further detail, the therapeutic travel and spa pillow can be worn when riding in a transport vehicle such as, but not limited to, a train, bus, car, or plane in order to receive therapeutic benefits. The therapeutic travel and spa pillow includes a pillow body, a left strap, and a right strap . The pillow body is a cushioned support for the head and shoulders of the user. The left strap and the right strap allow the user to secure the therapeutic travel and spa pillow underneath his or her chin. This prevents the therapeutic travel and spa pillow from falling of the shoulders of the user. The left strap and the right strap are preferably cord-like strips of material.

A convertible travel accessory in accordance with one embodiment includes a main body that in a first state assumes a hoodie form for being worn on a head of a user and in a second state assumes a storage pouch form. The travel accessory also includes a chin pillow that is coupled to and adjustable relative to the main body for placement beneath a chin of a user, wherein in the second state, the chin pillow is inserted into the storage pouch. An aromatherapy system is created including a scent cartridge, puck, and pillow. A scent cartridge may be a disposable cartridge for diffusing scented fluid, such as essential oils, through a pillow.
