A weighted target applicator is an apparatus that applies weight directly to specific parts of the body of a user. The apparatus includes at least one pad, a setting, a structural base, and a barbell mount. The pad is detachably attached onto the setting, the structural base is mounted onto the setting, opposite to the pad. The barbell mount is mounted onto the structural base, opposite the setting. In a first embodiment and a second embodiment, the structural base is rotatably connected to the setting. The at least one pad of the first embodiment conforms to the chest. The at least one pad of the second embodiment conforms to the hip. In a third embodiment, the structural base is fixed to the setting. The at least one pad of the third embodiment includes a first pad and a second pad that are shaped to receive the face of the user.

A mindfulness assisting assembly includes a housing that has a front wall, a rear wall and a perimeter edge defined at a juncture of the front and rear walls. The perimeter edge includes a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a top edge and a bottom edge. Each of the front and rear walls is comprised of a flexible material. The front and rear walls each comprise a cloth material and the front wall has a different tactile impression than the rear wall. A resiliently compressible material is positioned within the housing. A pair of grips is attached to the housing such that each of the first and second lateral edges has one the grips attached thereto.

In an exemplary embodiment, a body pillow 1 includes: a cushion part 10 of hollow construction made of a transparent and flexible material; leg parts 20 extending downward from the bottom face of the cushion part to create an air flow passage S underneath the bottom face; and affixing means 40 for affixing video playback devices 30 to the bottom face of the cushion part with their video display surfaces 31 facing up. The body pillow has video playback devices provided on the bottom face of a transparent cushion part, so the user can view a video in various postures such as lying face down, face up, or sideways.

Embodiments described herein provide for a bone conduction system configured as a pillow, bed cushion, seat or similar body support device. The bone conduction system comprises a plurality of transducers positioned about the pillow, bed cushion, seat or similar body support. When ergonomically positioned on the user's skull, the plurality of transducers transmit sound waves to the inner ear.

A novel pillow with a detachable hood comprising a drawstring for providing comfort, privacy, sound dampening, and protection to a user. The pillow comprises an arcuate bladder and upper half hood which may be hemispherical or semi-hemispherical. The pillow may be inflatable or stuffed.

Disclosed is a pillow having a head portion having a head-shaped cavity sized in approximate proportions to receive a human head. The head portion has an inner surface, an outer surface, an open face, a left side, a left-side ear hole, a right side, a right-side ear hole, and an open bottom. There are a plurality of pads inside the head-shaped cavity that are selectively removable from the head-shaped cavity to accommodate a variety of head sizes and a washable liner covering the plurality of pads that is selectively removable from the pillow to accommodate laundering. A convertible travel accessory in accordance with one embodiment includes a main body that in a first state assumes a hoodie form for being worn on a head of a user and in a second state assumes a storage pouch form.
