Suspension pillow
Provided is a suspension pillow that, when being used, gives an improved sense of stability and reduces a load applied on a neck and shoulders. A suspension pillow 10 is provided with: a placement part 1; a pair of support parts 3 which stand at a prescribed interval from the placement part 1; a side frame 4 which is disposed between the pair of support parts 3; and a sheet-like pillow part 5, wherein the pillow part 5 is connected, at at least three points or continuously, to the pair of support parts 3 and the side frame 4, and the pillow part 5 is connected, at a position above the pair of support parts 3, to the side frame 4.
SELF-STOWING PILLOW
A pillow includes a first lobe, a second lobe, and a third lobe extending outwardly from a central node and containing cushioning filling. A closure mechanism extends around perimeter of the first and second lobe. The third lobe is covered by the first and second lobe in a stowed position and not covered in a sleeping position. Portions of the first and second lobe exposed in the stowed position are covered by durable fabric. A Y-shaped inner pillow case may contain the filling and be positioned within the lobes. The filling may include an air bladder with a valve exposed in the stowed position.
MOTION PILLOW
A motion pillow according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a body, a motion system, a connector, and a valve. The body includes a plurality of airbags provided therein. The motion system includes a pump allowing air to enter and exit the airbags, a sensor measuring air pressures of the airbags, a sound receiver receiving sound from around the body, and a controller controlling operating mode in accordance with measurements of the sensor. The connector connects the airbags and the motion system. The valve opens and closes the connector. When at least one airbag among the plurality of airbags is pressed and air is introduced to the sensor through the connector, the controller is configured to switch the operating mode from standby mode to active mode. Significantly improved convenience and satisfaction of sleep are provided to users.
COMBINATION PILLOW AND CLOTHING ARTICLE
A combination pillow and clothing article is configurable between a first configuration and a second configuration. The combination pillow and clothing article includes a first pillow portion, a second pillow portion, and a jumpsuit. The first pillow portion includes a cavity. The second pillow portion is detachably coupled to the first pillow portion. The jumpsuit is coupled to each of the first pillow portion and the second pillow portion. In the first configuration, the first pillow portion and the second pillow portion are coupled together. The jumpsuit is positioned at least partially within the cavity of the first pillow portion. In the second configuration, the first pillow portion and the second pillow portion are detached from each other and spaced apart. At least a portion of the jumpsuit extends between the first pillow portion and the second pillow portion.
PILLOW WITH CONTROLLING FUNCTION AND CONTROLLING METHOD FOR THE SAME
A pillow has a supporting structure, a cushion, multiple flexible sensors, and a controlling unit. The supporting structure has a supporting plate. The supporting plate has multiple supporting elements disposed at intervals. Each of the supporting elements is sheet-like. Each of the supporting elements is independently deformable by being independently pressed and independently restoring. The cushion is elastic and is supported by the supporting structure. Each of the flexible sensors is mounted to a corresponding one of the multiple supporting elements. The controlling unit is electrically connected to the multiple flexible sensors. When a user rests his head on the pillow, the user may press the flexible sensors to control a controlled device such as a speaker or a projector.
TRAVEL PILLOW
The travel pillow assembly includes a travel pillow designed to provide optimal head support for the user in erect and supine positions. The travel pillow is configured with a hole to securely support the occiput and is tapered in a manner that maintains the user's neck and head in proper alignment. The travel pillow assembly is constructed of single piece foam which is firm enough and contoured to prevent head turning and neck torsion. The travel pillow assembly also includes an adjustable strap that may be used to provide supplemental support to the head.
PORTABLE HEAD AND NECK SUPPORT PILLOW
The support pillow assembly includes a portable support pillow designed to provide optimal head and adjacent neck support for the user in upright and/or reclined seated and supine positions. The pillow is optionally configured with a hole to securely support the occiput. The pillow may be configured in a taller or shorter profile. The pillow is tapered in a manner that maintains the user's neck and head in proper alignment. The support pillow assembly is constructed of single piece foam which is firm enough and contoured to prevent head turning and neck torsion. The support pillow is optionally configured with exterior support panels to provide additional utility, compressibility, stability, and comfort. The support pillow assembly optionally includes an adjustable strap that may be used to provide supplemental support to the head. It may be collapsed into a portable pillow comprising protective exterior supports, a cloth or similarly soft bag, or a protective case.
Reversible Baby Activity Blanket to Toddler Pillowcase
A reversable baby activity blanket that turns into a toddler pillowcase that provides entertainment and comfort and includes two detachable pillowcases with zippers, having the inner, reversible pillowcase with fastening material loops on three of the four corners, to securely hold baby sensory items (pacifiers, lightweight toys and blankets, teethers, soft books, small stuffed animals). When reversed and zipped shut, it offers a clean environment for said baby sensory items to be stored. A removably attached polyester tether snaps on to the fourth corner of the inner pillowcase to securely hold a Velcro bracelet or scrunchie to fit baby's wrist and can also be worn separately to carry said items. The outer pillowcase includes a snap to securely hold a fleece cloth, which when infused with mother's scent, offers a sense of security for baby. When age appropriate, the detachable outer pillowcase can be used with a toddler-sized pillow.
MICROPHONE FOR RECORDING MULTI-DIMENSIONAL ACOUSTIC EFFECTS
An improved binaural recording system (12) comprising two hollow artificial auricles (6a, 6b) mounted on two opposite left and right sides of a dummy head (1). Two microphone capsules are mounted inside said auricles (6a, 6b) having a sound collection face (15a, 15b) facing the outside of said auricles (6a, 6b) and arranged inside a recess (17a, 17b) of the artificial auricle. This system allows, in stereo listening to faithfully perceive and discriminate the direction of origin of the sound sources that move in front of a hypothetical listener according to the same direction of movement from top to bottom, from front to back, from right to left, or vice versa, of the sound sources at the time of recording. Furthermore, further microphone capsules may be provided, mounted on said dummy head.
