A therapeutic pillow is disclosed. The therapeutic pillow provides support to a user's head, neck, back, and spine when lying down on the pillow. The pillow includes a head support, an elongated spine support, a firm support member for supporting the elongated spine support, and a lower member for manipulating the pillow. When lying down on the pillow the force exerted onto the elongated spine support compresses the elongated spine support. This compression causes an end of the elongated spine support that is connected to the head support to bend, which in turn causes the head support to bend at an angle towards the vertical axis of the pillow. Further, when lying on the pillow the lower member protrudes through a user's legs, which enables users to grasp the lower member with their legs and perform therapeutic exercises with the pillow.

A husband pillow for ergonomically supporting a user includes a central supporting pillow having at least two arm support members extending from the central supporting pillow, an adjustable neck support member being cylindrical in shape and having an outer surface, and a bungee cord attached to the neck support member and the central support pillow, wherein the neck support member is freely adjustable and detachably attached using the bungee cord, the bungee cord having one end attached to a top surface of the central supporting pillow and another end attached to the outer surface of the adjustable neck support member to ergonomically support a back and a neck of the user.

A triangular-shaped lower-body pillow has an upper and a lower triangular fabric panel joined along outer edges, seams joining the upper and lower fabric panels, forming a plurality of separate, fillable compartments, and closures along outer edges of the lower-body pillow, allowing access to the separate, fillable compartments. With the closures open, compartments are filled to a same or different thickness, and the closures are then closed.

A head pillow has an outer unit comprising two outer compartments with a common width and length, joined along a line in the length direction, each having an upper and a lower fabric wall and a closable opening providing access, and an inner unit with three separate compartments, joined side-by-side with a closable opening. Compartments are filled to a same or different thickness.

This invention relates to pillows, specifically to a pillow that provides support for a person's head, back in treating snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. This invention is constructed with firm polyurethane foam, ultimately allowing an adequate support of the head and neck with three different heights and angles to support the head and neck in what is generally described as a Fowler's Position where the person is sitting straight up or leaning slightly back. The invention achieves the Fowler's position by having the person lying on the bed in a supine position using the pillow which has angles to rest the head on steps that allow the head and neck to be position at heights from 3, 6 or 11.5 inches. The head will rest on a step that will vary from 40 degrees, 34 degrees or 11.3 degrees. The person using the pillow will determine the proper combination of pillow height and angle that works best for positioning the user's head for comfort and snoring reduction or elimination.

Pillow systems including a base pillow extending from an upper back end to a head end opposite the upper back end along a sagittal midline of a user, a neck support pillow operatively supported on the base pillow between the upper back end and the head end in a position configured to underlie a neck of the user, wherein the base pillow is configured to support a back and a head of the user by underlying at least a portion of the back and at least a portion of the head, and the neck support pillow is configured to support the neck of the user by underlying the neck of the user. In some examples, the pillow system includes a spacer pillow supported on the base pillow between the upper back end and the head end.

The present disclosure provides an adjustable pillow. The adjustable pillow includes a main body and a replaceable pillow module. A groove is arranged on a middle of the main body. A shape of the groove matches with a shape of the replaceable pillow module. And the replaceable pillow module is arranged in the groove. The replaceable pillow module is able to be made of different materials and/or the replaceable pillow module is able to have different thicknesses.
