METHOD OF FORMING A MOLDED SUBSTRATE ELECTRONIC PACKAGE AND STRUCTURE
An electronic package includes a substrate having a plurality of lands embedded within an insulating layer. Conductive patterns are disposed on at least a portion of a respective land top surface. An electronic device is electrically connected to the conductive patterns, wherein the land bottom surfaces are exposed to the outside. In another embodiment, the top land surfaces and the top surface of the insulating layer are substantially co-planar and the conductive patterns further overlap portions of the top surface of the insulating layer. In one embodiment, a package body encapsulates the top surface of the insulating material and the electronic device, wherein the land bottom surfaces are exposed to the outside of the package body.
WRINKLE PREVENTION PILLOW
A pillow for preventing or reducing formation of wrinkles in a user's face may include a pillow body designed to support and partially wrap around a user's head. Stabilization pillows for offsetting mattress deformation caused by a user’s weight in accordance with embodiments of the invention are disclosed. In one embodiment, a stabilization pillow includes a top surface and a bottom surface, and a bottom padding portion, where the bottom padding portion protrudes relative to the bottom surface to offset mattress deformation caused by a user’s weight on a mattress.

The base includes a convexly curved bottom surface. The side supports extend vertically from the base. The base and side supports define an indent with a shape sized and arranged for a human head to fit in the indent. The side supports are arranged and sized to provide side support to the human head when the human head is resting in the indent. The indent extends from a first side of the base.
Disc Pillow for Supported Range of Motion and Attenuation
One embodiment of a pillow for sleeping or resting having a supportive rigid or semi-rigid bowl (10) covered on its upper concave surface with a layer or layers of fill material (20) and a cover (12) which form a ridge (14) as they extend over the rim (18) of the bowl and fasten to an attachment site (16) on the lower convex surface of the bowl. The upper surface of the pillow receives the head of an individual securely and the pillow is capable of tilting in unison with the movement of the head in a plurality of directions to facilitate movement. Head And Neck Support Assembly
A head and neck support assembly for supporting a user's head and shoulder when the user is lying face down includes a head cushion that is positionable on a support surface to support a user's head above the support surface. The head cushion has a plurality of air passages is integrated therein to facilitating the user to breathe when the user is lying face down. A shoulder cushion is movably coupled to the head cushion and the shoulder cushion is oriented to extend along a line is oriented perpendicular to a center line of the head cushion. In this way the shoulder cushion supports the user's clavicles above the support surface and the shoulder cushion is foldable into a storage position.
PILLOW APPARATUS
Embodiments of the invention relate to a customizable pillow apparatus. Typically, the customizable pillow apparatus comprises an outer shell and a support filler assembly contained within the outer shell. The support filler assembly comprises a plurality of support layer components arranged in a first configuration with each support layer component being structured to provide predetermined support characteristics. The support filler assembly is structured to be transformed from a disassembled mode to an assembled mode by rotating a first support layer of the plurality of support layers in a first direction such that the rotated first support layer at least partially overlaps a second support layer to form the first configuration. Moreover, arrangement, ordering, and positioning of the plurality of internal layer components is easily adjustable. The customizable pillow apparatus is configured to be modified into a second configuration from the first configuration to provide targeted support to the user.
