REINFORCEMENT TRAINING APPARATUS
A system provides behavior therapy by including separate compartments, where one compartment holds an object visibly positioned as a reward for clearing an objective. The system includes a first receptacle. A second receptacle is coupled to the first receptacle. The second receptacle includes a compartment for receiving the object. Access to the compartment in the second receptacle is obstructed by a wall of the first receptacle. The apparatus further includes a magnetic lock. Access to the compartment in the second receptacle is provided in the event the magnetic lock is opened. The system further includes a magnetic key including a third magnet. When the magnetic key is placed proximate to the magnetic lock, the third magnet displaces the first magnet from the magnetic attraction to the second magnet to open the magnetic lock.
Configurable food trays and modular containers
A disposable or reusable food base tray and plurality of container modules is disclosed which allows the user to both hold food directly in compartments on the base tray and configure a plurality of similar or different food and beverage container modules selected by the user to securely fit the compartments on the surface of the base tray. Container modules include but are not limited to bowls, partitioned modules, cups, cup adapters, platters and other container modules. An additional feature includes the ability to stack an additional tray securely on top of said container modules. An additional feature includes unique themed identifiers on base trays and container modules so that users can readily identify and remember which items belong to the user.
ORNAMENTAL FOOD-CHILLING BOWL
The temperature controlled ornamental food bowl is configured for use with a foodstuff. The temperature controlled ornamental food bowl contains the foodstuff. The temperature controlled ornamental food bowl presents the foodstuff for serving. The temperature controlled ornamental food bowl comprises a decorative structure, a temperature circuit, and a crockery item. The crockery item and the temperature circuit attach to the decorative structure. The crockery item contains the foodstuff within the decorative structure. The temperature circuit is a heat transfer device that exchanges thermal energy between the temperature circuit and the foodstuff.
Thermotropic Glass Shell for Kitchenware and Utensils
The present invention relates to a thermotropic liquid crystal glass in a crystal or quartz shell for indicating a temperature of a food item and thereby preventing individuals from consuming food at undesirable temperatures or accidentally touching or consuming items that are too hot or too cold. The glass shell includes a plurality of thermotropic liquid crystals that absorbs heat from food items and changes color to exhibit at least one of violet blue, blue, green, yellow/amber, brown, gray, and black color. The hot food causes crystals to change to violet blue and alternatively, when exposed to cold food, the crystals turn black. In some embodiments, kitchenware can be integrated with the glass shell or alternatively, can be detachably attached to the kitchenware. In exemplary embodiments, the glass shell can be positioned onto dishware (i.e., plates, bowls, cups, and mugs) and metal utensils (i.e., forks, spoons, and knives).
PLATE, KIT AND METHOD
A plate includes a well portion configured to receive food for serving, a raised lip extending around the well portion, and a rim extending around the raised lip defining an outer edge of the plate. The rim includes at least one channel having a curved cross-sectional profile extending along at least a portion of the outer edge, the at least one channel configured to receive and retain a glow stick device within the rim. Further, a kit including the glow stick and a method for assembling the plate are provided.
INTERACTIVE FOODWARE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A foodware system includes an identifier coupled to a utensil configured to be used by a user to engage a food item. The foodware system also includes a detector configured to generate data indicative of a location of the utensil, a movement of the utensil, or both based on detection of the identifier. The foodware system further includes a controller communicatively coupled to the detector and configured to instruct a speaker to generate audio data based on the location of the utensil, the movement of the utensil, or both.
Hand heart holder
The Invention is a standard set of round, cylindrical and spherical pieces that form objects to hold other objects and food, to transport things and to build modular elegant and beautiful constructions. For example, the Invention's pieces can be used as spherical flowerpots that are arranged along a walkway with flowers, and those same flowerpots can be stacked to support a flowerpot a few feet off the ground. Furthermore, the flowerpots can be stacked to form columns that vines grow on. Pieces can be made exponentially larger and smaller, and features on pieces can also be made exponentially larger and smaller, while maintaining compatibility within the system of Invention pieces. For example, the stacked boxes that are FIG. 33 can be elongated to stack in a manner that forms the pattern of a standard brick wall's interlocking pieces.
RECYCLING SYSTEM FOR THE UTILIZATION OF REUSABLE OBJECTS
A recycling system for recycling reusable objects comprises one or more separating and receiving apparatuses and at least one recyclable object. The separating and receiving apparatus for separating reusable objects and residual waste comprises: a first receiving container for receiving residual waste; a second receiving container for receiving labeled objects; and a sorting device. The sorting device is designed to detect labeled objects, transfer detected objects to the second receiving container, and transfer other objects to the first receiving container.
Foodware system having visual-stimulating, sensing, heating, and wireless-communication components
An active foodware system includes a mechanical structure supporting a food surface recessed in relation to an area surrounding the food surface; a heating component for heating food received by the food surface; a sensing component for maintaining the heating component at a desired temperature; a wireless communication component; and a visual stimulating component responsive to data from the sensing component or the wireless communication component.
Protective and sound-proof casing and dishware
A protective and sound-proofing casing adapted to attach to dishware is provided which includes an outer surface exposed to an environment and an inner surface disposed opposite to the outer surface and configured to snugly engage with a portion of the dishware. A protected and sound-proof dishware is also provided which includes a dishware body and a sound-proofing casing attached to the dishware. The casing may include an outer surface exposed to an environment and an inner surface disposed opposite to the outer surface and configured to snugly engage with a portion of the dishware body.
