A portable caddy for disposable tableware comprising: one or more multipurpose platforms for placing tableware, a plurality of concentric vertical legs, with provision for attaching multiple holders for accessories such as bowls, cups, spoons, forks, knives, napkins, stirrers, etc. Furthermore, the caddy may be assembled in table-top mode or in free-standing floor mode with the help of extender leg attachments. The extender legs have provision for attaching one or two or more plastic bags or baskets for separately collecting organic waste or recyclable materials. Platforms may be designed strong enough to hold heavier objects so that the caddy functions as a multipurpose stand.

A peelable plate can include a base, a plurality of liner layers disposed adjacent to the top surface of the base, a base adhesive layer disposed between the base and the plurality of liner layer and a plurality of liner adhesive layers disposed between the liner layers. Each of the liner layers can include a tab portion extending outwardly from each respective liner layer. The base can have a greater stiffness than each of the plurality of liner layers, and the base can have a greater thickness than each of the plurality of liner layers.

A peelable plate can include a base, a plurality of liner layers disposed adjacent to the top surface of the base, a base adhesive layer disposed between the base and the plurality of liner layer and a plurality of liner adhesive layers disposed between the liner layers. Each of the liner layers can include a tab portion extending outwardly from each respective liner layer. The base can have a greater stiffness than each of the plurality of liner layers, and the base can have a greater thickness than each of the plurality of liner layers.

This embodiment of the invention also includes an adjustable tray for attachment to various fixed surfaces and a notched cup for easy stacking of multiple cups.

Disclosed herein is a method for preparing a low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware. A plant cellulose material containing dregs of Scutellaria baicalensis is modified to obtain a modified plant fiber starch blank. Konjac gum is subjected to pulverization and ultrafine pulverization to obtain a colloidal binder combined with a deacetylated konjac gum. The colloidal binder is mixed with the modified plant fiber starch blank to obtain a mixture. The mixture is subjected to foam molding in a forming mold to obtain the low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware.
