Dual-chambered beverage container assembly
A dual-chambered beverage container assembly for separating two beverages includes a shell that defines an interior space. The shell has a top that is open. A wall is coupled to an inner surface of the shell and bisects the interior space from the top to a bottom of the shell to define a first and second chambers. A first beverage that is positioned in the first chamber is separated by the wall from a second beverage that is positioned in the second chamber. Each of a pair of tubes is coupled to a respective opposing side of the wall. A lower end of the tube is positioned proximate to a bottom of the shell and an upper end extends from the top of the shell. The tubes are configured to permit a user to simultaneously draw the first beverage and the second beverage into a mouth of the user.
Dual Compartment Shaker Bottle
The claimed invention relates to bottles used by exercise enthusiasts for carrying liquids, solids and/or powdered nutritional supplements with liquids for mixing said supplements. Exercise aficionados consume a variety of hydrating liquids, nutritional supplements mixed with liquids or solid food items before, during and after their exercise periods. People who exercise use a variety of bottles including shakers, squeeze and water bottles to hold and consume their liquids, foods and supplements during their workouts.
The present invention is an improved dual compartment shaker bottle for various nutritional supplements, liquids and combinations thereof. The dual compartments allow the user to carry two different liquids, nutritional supplements, combinations of liquids and supplements or solids for use before, during and after their workout. They no longer need two or more shaker bottles to accomplish this.
Further, the claimed invention includes two compartment tops that securely attach to the bottle with a screw on and off mechanism and provide openings to consume the contents of each chamber. Each chamber is designed with curved closed end without corners/angles that cause clumping and reduced dissolving of supplements. The disclosed invention has attachment clips at each end to assist the user in carrying the bottle in a number of places. Further, the side of the bottle is ribbed for easy gripping.
To assist the user in assessing the volume of material in each compartment, a measuring scale is included along the length of each compartment. A double wall exterior is disclosed to provide insulation to maintain the temperature of the materials in each compartment.
DUAL CHAMBERED CANTEEN WITH INTERCHANGEABLE SPOUTS
A beverage canteen container of various materials but not limited to plastic, stainless steel, glass etc. having at least two manufactured compartments separated by a non removable partition wall which features a sleek contour body canteen design and allows the canteen container to hold two separate liquids, pureed or solid food in the canteen. The interchangeable canteen lid will have two interchangeable flip-up Y-spout designs. The first flip-up Y-spout design will allow two products to be extracted from both chambers of the canteen bottom and blend together when extracted through the single elongated tube end into the mouth. The second flip-up Split Y-spout design is split through the end of the Y, resulting in two individual elongated tubes and will provide individual product extraction. Both the Y-spout or the Split Y-spout can be attached and reattached to the top of the canteen lid by two pivotal balls with axles on opposite side of the balls. The axles also secures the spout to the top of the lid's base for opening and closing the spout. There are O-rings located around the non-removable base opening of the canteen lid and will be underneath the pivotal balls. The O-rings will seal the opening when the spouts are in an opened position for an airtight seal between the spouts and the chambers. There are vent release plugs located underneath both the Y-spout and the Split Y-spout to plug the atmosphere vent release holes located on top of the lid when the spouts are in the closed position and will provide an airtight seal when in the closed position. The canteen lid is designed to snap tightly and securely seal by an inverted J shaped peripheral section around the edge of the lid for latching and locking in an airtight position without needing a gasket, so there is no gasket for this design! There lid has two separate non-removable inner wall compartments on the underside that fits inside each chamber of the canteen container bottom with the means of ensuring proper positioning of the lid over each compartment and will assist in preventing the mixing of products from either chamber and will provide an airtight seal for each chamber. Also, the separate inner walls located underneath the lids are ingenious for ensuring that the lid will easily fit the top of each chamber while providing an extra step in ensuring separating the chambers for liquids, puree or solid foods. There are (optional) straw inserts attachment constructed underneath the lid and can be used for sipping purposes. The canteen can be turned upward for a chug a lug product extraction experience.
SEPARATOR DEVICE FOR A CUP
The present invention relates to a new separator device (30) and a new cup (10) comprising a separator device, wherein the separator device (30) and the cup (10) with the separator device are configured for separation of at least one undesired and/or unhealthy drink substance, such as, but not limited to, e.g. coffee fat, diterpenes, cafestol and kahweol.
Coffee and Liquid Container with Concealed Mini-Cup Compartment
The coffee mug or drink container has an internal multi-cup compartment. A thermally insulated container (liquid containment store) has a lid with drink spout(s) (if the drink container is not a bottle). The special container has an internal dry store for two or more cups placed in a storage compartment beneath the bottom of the container. Identically shaped cups nest together (stacked) in the dry store on a nested cup support with a complementary surface to limit vertical and horizontal jostling and cup damage. Sometimes the cups are frusto-conically shaped or are matching convex/concaved shaped. An added secondary storage container is included for coffee or drink additives.
PORTABLE SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING CONTROLLED QUANTITIES OF ADDITIVES INTO A BEVERAGE
A portable, self-contained beverage apparatus includes a container assembly having a known storage capacity for storing a consumable liquid, and a dispensing assembly disposed within the container assembly that dispenses variable, non-zero quantities of additives into the consumable liquid. The dispensing assembly includes multiple apertures structured and arranged to retain vessels containing the additives to be dispensed into the consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus also includes a level sensor disposed within the container assembly that determines a consumable liquid level of the consumable liquid stored in the container assembly. In certain embodiments, one or more positive displacement pumping mechanisms are configured to pump additive liquid from additive containers into a beverage chamber. Other features relate to audio engagement processing. Other features relate to situational processing. Other features relate to group engagement processing.
